Terrible service since our regular girl left. Can this be addressed. Never got package, neighbors all discussing who getting wrong mail, taxing going to wrong address.

today while we were home with car in driveway,and garage door open,your driver liedsaid no one was home to sign for package.proof this was a lie was no one at front door per ring camera,and service dogtrained tobark whensomeone at front door , rings or knocks.slip stuck on piece mail in mail box not on front door.too lazy to get out truck. unacceptable

The experience I had is upsetting that I wanted to share it The package was never delivered even though the post office had it in they showed me the image of the item nobody explained why it was not delivered The second time I had the same problem I do not understand why nobody takes responsibilities for what happened at this place All the explanations I had was that items where sent First class so the money will not be reimbursed I am discussed with this kind of service and now want to ask Do we need headaches each time we wait for any type of delivery because u can not trust the USPS

Why? They're civil servants. Many are fine but quite a number are lazy schlubs. Our regular carrier is great but when he is on vacation, chaos. sticker left in the box (not on front door) for a signature delivery when we are home, no doorbell, no knock . . . . . . etc.

I called the customer service number 800 ASK-USPS and was asked and accepted a call back rather than wait on hold for an hour. I got the call back only to wait on hold for another 35 minutes, to be told they couldn't help me because they're only accepting orders for stamps!!! I've never been so disgusted in my life..why don't these folks answer the telephone for God's sake!

This post office is one of the worse post offices I ever came across. When our regular carrier is off whoever takes over for him delivering to Phase III Huntington Pointe there are many days we do not receive our mail. Also ups delivered 10/17 a package for me delivered to the post office saying post office is delivering the package Monday 10/19 and today it is now 5:40pm and no mail arrived.

In Palm Beach County masks are mandatory. On Monday, August 3, 2020, the substitute female letter carrier at Gleneagles Country Club on Glendevon Road was not wearing a mask and when asked to do so she replied in a nasty way, "I can wear a mask at my own discretion. Don't tell me what to do." She would not give me her name.

This was an excellent PO before all the problems began. Now, the recording says it will be answered by the next available person. Then it changes to please wait while we connect you to the operator at which time it rings and rings before going to a busy signal!~!!!!! What is going on?????

I've been calling many times and nobody answers, I have a certified letter to receive, I work all day so there is no one at home and this office is closed on Saturdays, how can they expect customers that work every day to pick certified mail if they are closed Saturday???? instead of using an office that opens Saturday they left the mail in a closed office, wow this service is turning in to a third world country service

I have never been so frustrated in my life-you are the most inept group of employees I have ever come across-I have called 7 or 8 times over 2 days,it rings a number of times and then disconnects-no one ever answers-we left town and went to the post office on Atlantic and 441 a week before we left to let them know to hold our mail till June 4th-we went back to the post office on the 4th to pick up the mail and was told it was not there and the mail carrier must have it to deliver-by the way,there is a note posted in my mail box that states deliver mail on the 4th-that was not what we asked them to do-today is the 6th and there is nor hide nor hair of my mail-every review I read is negative-YOU PEOPLE SUCK!!!!!!!!

My name is marilyn Stone. I live at 60 Normandy B, Kingsport, Delray Beach Florida 33483. On March 30,2019 I had my mail forwarded to 9948 Chestnut court, Montgomery Texas 77376. I have not been receiving all my mail is is not being forward!!!!!! We have many new carriers at kings point lately and have been having trouble receiving our mail. Please check into the above. DESPICABLE. I was left a notice of a certified letter which had to be signed for. I went to the post office to pick it up but it could not be found. I hasn't been delivered nor has it been found. I tried to call for the past three day with no answer. HELP! How do I get my certified letter?

TUES. Jan 2,2018....Happy New Year!. I wish the SERVICE was as good the WEEK AFTER CHRISTMAS,as it is the WEEK BEFORE the Holiday.... 6:52 PM..still awaiting delivery of 5 pieces(according to my Informed Delivery, AM report). Eight trips to the mailbox in rainy weather..most areas have flags to denote delivery has been made,so that infirm/elderly only have to make ONE trip. WTF??

Back in October I expected delivery of a package when it did not arrive on the expected date I realized I inadvertently typed one digit wrong on my house address and it was returned to the post office. That same day I went to the post office to claim my package and without looking for it the employee informed me it was immediately returned to the sender. I questioned how that could happen the same day and was told “we cannot hold packages here”. Today, 2 months later, I received an email that company just received the returned package which meant it has all this time been at the post office. I am furious that your employee could not be bothered to assist me and look for my package. The delivery service from this location also needs improvement on many levels but that is yet another issue.

Impossible to make contact with PO... No one picks up phone.. Called over 3 days at different times .Operator puts you on, phone rings and rings and then goes dead. Is this being attended to ??? How can I get them to stop forwarding mail and deliver to my Fl. address as of Dec.1st.???

I have been calling the 10290 West Atlantic Ave, Delray Beach post office for 2 days...no answer. Our mail person did not deliver any mail to our community yesterday. When she does deliver the mail she actls like she is put out, yells at residents and complains the mailboxes are too small! Who owns the mailboxes, the post office! She delivers mail for residents to other residents and leaves boxes in mail stations unsecure. Need to speak with a supervisor to resolve the above.

We put our mail out today, 10/7 at 9 AM. It was never picked up nor did we get a delivery. Our deliverer is very efficient and I suspect this was a new driver. This was important mail that now has to wait until Monday to be sent.

The telephone number displayed for your P.O. is NOT a working number. Impossible to get information regarding my forwarded mail. Telephone menus are ALL dead ends or don't lead to answers.

I received my premium priority box on Monday instead of Saturday and when I opened it there were 2 pieces of mail in it. I am trying to Reach my West Atlantic post office for 2 days. No one picks up phone I pay for the service and I am not able to get any answers to why this is happening I am in NJ and request a call back at my NJ Home number

My husband went to open our mail box today and found yet another mistake by the mail person not our regular lady who is so very nice efficient and trustworthy. Our mail box contained a letter for Jaime Torres and the outgoing mail key was also in our box! On top of that I was waiting for a package from HSN which stated that is was delivered so I'm assuming it's in Jaime Torres mailbox.....so again I'm waiting for Jaime to open his box to see..... please tell this mail person to either be more careful or GET ANOTHER JOB!!!

I went out to pick up my mail at 5pm today and to my dismay the new postal delivery person failed to lock up the vertical 16 box mail station. This new delivery person is in such a hurry to complete his rounds that he takes no time to see if the boxes are secure. I have photos of the open tower with every ones mail open to the world. No security.
