Postal Locations

Dismal. 2 shipments through Mail Innovations; a UPS transfer. Both made it to Deland within a reasonable timeframe. The first was re-routed from Deland to Orlando (?) before returning to Deland to be delivered IN DELAND. The second has now been in Deland since the 19th and is still in limbo, not yet sent out for delivery. What is wrong with the system and employees there?

Could not believe that the USPS broke into my box. The state of my box was shameful and I had delicate information. I send thing though USPS because I want to feel secure but I had to call Lifelock just to warn them. I couldn't even get a hold of any of you. 1. YOU DID NOT DELIVER ON THE 3RD AS PROMISED AND 2. MY BOX WAS BROKEN AND MY CONTENT WAS NOT EVEN THERE. I HOPE YOU WILL CONTACT ME IMMEDIATELY TO RECTIFY THIS IMMEDIATELY OR LIFELOCK WILL!!!

The mail lady that does 32724 Fernwood park always either putting my mail in other peoples mailboxes. Or don’t put them at all an I’m always short with my mail mind you I am register at usps and this is almost everyday... I missed an important appointment because she put my mail in someone’s mailbox other than mine

It's 8;47 pm & the mail has still not came for today. This is the second time in two weeks they decided not to show up. I have a Priority Mail package waiting to be picked up but No one came today so now its late also.

Received No Mail Delivery or pick up today & it's 7:35pm . I have 2 Priority Mail items in my box that will surely be late now Your Service Sucks!!!! Guess You'll Want a Raise Next.

I am trying to call the DeLand Post Office and no one picks up the phone. This is unacceptable! I agree with another comment where the person said that it is no wonder that the USPS is doing badly!! Sorry but DeLand Post Office SUCKS!!! by the way they keep putting the wrong mail in my mail box,,,, and I am just leaving it in there, until they can figure it out!!! Common sense people!!!

Package left Kansas City, Mo. on 4.08.2020 arrived at Deland Post Office on 4.10.2020(two days), and today is 4.14.2020(four days since arrival) and I still don't have the package.How many stars you will give yourself?.

Laurel is a shining star in the Deland division of the USPS. She is such a boss.

Sorry excuse for customer service. I have tried repeatedly to telephone the DeLand P.O. in order to determine before I drive 20 miles if the package is there for pick up. The tracking number had told me that you would deliver the package which I need to sign for tomorrow however when I returned home today from my doctors office I found y9our note saying that you tried to deliver and I was not here. Why do you not deliver on the date that your tracking website says you will and most of all why do you not answer the telephone. You are the sorriest excuse for postal service I have ever encountered in my 80 years of life.

How about service sucks in the Gardens, Deland FL. Put more carriers on if you can't deliver the mail. This is the third time mail has not been delivered. I can understand, somewhat, why it wasn't delivered yesterday, I guess, after the non-event hurricane but it should have been delivered today. My neighbor's mail was picked up but once again ours was not...201 Heywood Terrace.

Twice this week I've had no postal delivery at my home address. Early Wednesday morning I left 4 bill payments to be mailed. They were still there after dark. Friday I expected delivery of the Beacon along with whatever additional mail comes in daily. Nothing on Friday either. The Wednesday skip is common. Mail retrieval and delivery is routine. Is there some new policy?

I am so disappointed that our local postoffice refuses to correct their misspelling of our city of DeLand. Named after Henry A DeLand, spelled correctly, it is ALWAYS DeLand.

Last week received a ( green) postcard Phone 1- 888-766-6871 with offer for back and knee brace. no return address Postage paid # 3-2912 (SCAM) You need to look into this!!!!

Trying to call & no one answers and after about 15 rings it goes to loud tone!

My place of business does not pick up outgoing mail unless he has to drop off mail. Not acceptable !!!

I am away from my home and my mail is on hold. Why was a delivery of a purchased item attempted during my absence rather than being placed with the other mail that is being held for me?

I tried calling just to check about my cluster box key but no one answered and then I got a noise over the phone and then it just disconnected. Not a pleasant experience at all. You need to have better customer service. No wonder the USPS is not doing well.

I want to compliment the Deland Supervisor who goes by the name of Ivan. I had a missing package sent as a baby gift to my newborn great nephew and a missing package sent to y grandchildren who live in Georgia. Ivan took the time to listen to to my anger and complaints and called me back twice while researching my problem. He was a gentleman each time he spoke with me even when I was upset and he researched and found out where my packages were. Georgia received their package even though it took almost ten days and he is still trying to find the gift I sent which was sent to the wrong post office. Deland Post office never answers the phone.... what kind of business is that? USPS website is down again for long periods of time. 800 number is all automated ... very hard to get ahold of a person... won’t answer if website is not working. Sad state of government! Still wondering how to get my package ! Did not deliver package as promised yesterday after waiting Home til 8:00 pm last night ... but delivered my regular junk mail yesterday! Do not recommend USPS.
