We have a regular Post delivery Lady that is great, but on her day's of ....OMG. The guy sneaks in leaves the Mail some where in the open for anybody to see and take. We find it sometimes hours later and then he never picks up the outgoing Mail. What is wrong with you? If you don't like your Job go back to School.

All the mail for Cape Canaveral that gets trucked in on Sunday gets re-routed to Cocoa Beach and held til Monday when it is SUPPOSED to be delivered back. If your mail comes on a SUNDAY, there's a good chance Cocoa Beach will LOSE IT. Oh, and the Postmaster? Completely rude and condescending. My business and 4 OTHER CAPE CANAVERAL BUSINESS's C.O.D.'s were LOST just this past Sunday/Monday by COCOA BEACH.

I went to pick up my mail at box 320936 in Cocoa Beach today, and was locked out. I come to find out that it was locked because I had not paid my bill. I told them I had not received a bill, and they said none had been sent out. SERIOUSLY? I wanted to go postal! What idiot made that decision. NO ONE knows who the postmaster is these days, as his (her?) face is never seen (unlike prior ones), who used to involve themselves in the community. This is a joke...

Now that Amazon is using the USPS to deliver packages, please bring them to the door like UPS does and do not leave packages in parcel boxes. For some of us, disabled and/or sick, the reason we do business with Amazon is because we can't get out to shop or handle heavy packages. When one is too sick or insufficiently ambulatory to get to the parcel box (after figuring out there is a delivery in there waiting) ... the process of finding help to hoist deliveries and bring them to the door begins and this keeps the parcel boxes blocked from the neighbors - unnecessarily. UPS delivers to the door and gives Amazon and its customers great service. The USPS is now in the game and degrading the service to the point that I cannot reasonably continue to use Amazon because the packages are not coming to my door anymore.

It would be nice if they would answer the phone occasionally...
