Terrible Service! Your phone number transfers to a fax machine. I put in to have my mail forwarded to 13224 Old River Dr., Scott, AR. 72142 from 17418 Blazing Star Circle, Clermont, FL. 34714. I have not reviewed any mail. It has been a month since forwarding was to start. Where is my mail!

I am so tired of the laziness of our carrier. Yesterday I had a very expensive package jammed into the mailbox with such force couldn't get it out, and damaged the contents. This is not the first time and it needs to stop. walk it up to the door and drop it off. Lord knows we pay enough for shipping.

How many complaints will it take to get the post office to fix their phone system. Dial the listed number and get transferred to a fax machine. People have been complaining about this forever. Spent a day off sitting at home waiting for a verified re-delivery of a package that requires a signature but we were home all day of the supposed original attempt. I’m also contacting congressional and senators offices with emails. Don’t know who they are? Do a search and flood them every time you have a problem past or present with the post office.

Phone number is listed incorrectly..... 352-243-2940 goes straight to fax machine fax number has been disconnected. 1-800-Ask-USPS® (275-8777) has a 35-40 minute hold time. This is insane especially for the amount of money the post office charges for services!

At around 10:15 AM today April 26th as I was on the counter to do an overnight mail the lady on the counter named ALONNA handed to me the envelope and the overnight mail form to fill up, but as i look around there's no pen available that i can grab and finally i found one on the empty counter ans so i took it to fill up the form on that same counter i found the pen but thius lady ALONNA whose attending a customer went to that receiving counter and grabbed the pen from me and telling me to go look around for the pen but i just did and cannot find one but instead told me that i cannot use that white single pen because people are taking the pen and not returning it....REALLY for just a pen. People look at me thinking i will say something but i know there's a proper way to complain. I lived in this Woodridge community for 13 years and mailing all my mails and packages to this clermont location and never encounter such an attitude. The RUDENESS was unbelievable. I hope this federal employee understand that their salary are being paid from a taxpayer like me. Before I left and I told her Thank you and next time BE NICE

The employees in Clermont route 27 are the best....however at this time a post box outside would be helpful for mailing letters only, instead of waiting on line to enter...

We're sick and tired to be losing our mail. I keep getting packages from other homes here in Siena Ridge I am sure the other homes are getting my packages as well. This is happening to often. Is that mail carrier focused or should you replace him/her . This is unbelievable!!
