I was told that a package was delivered to my PO Box 1781 4 Mile Cove Parkway unit 136 light in February and I have not received that. I wonder if you still have it at the post office? it should be a small package sent from the VA in Chicago and it’s a pair of glasses that I need.

Omg this is the fourth time I’ve gotten the same package back that is supposed to be returned to sender as I didn’t order it or open it. This last time I took it in to your post office and got a receipt and once again it’s back today. I mean seriously it’s been over 30 days trying to send this back now I got charged 199.99 should I bill you since this seems to be a problem on your end?

The mail delivery is terrible! Sometime me and my neighbors don’t receive mailer all on the same day. Cards that where sent at my birthday is Two weeks late. Times I put mail out for pickup and that doesn’t even happen.

Carrier not taking mail when flag on mailbox is up. He simply opens the box and throws new mail on top of outgoing and doesn't even put the flag down.. Have always had excellent mail service till recently.

The carrier came by this morning and left a missed delivery notice in the mailbox for a registered envelope which required a signature and then drove on. She did not attempt to come to the door to deliver the item. No one answers the phone at the post office. Will I be able to get my delivery today. It contains something important that I have been waiting all week for.

I have not received any mail in my mailbox in almost 4 weeks. Not even any junk mail. Really concerned because I know for sure that people have sent mail to me. I have called the post office numerous times. Nobody ever picks up the phone! What kind of service is that? Guess I will have to drive to the main PO to find out what’s going on.

I have lived at my address for 21 years and never made a complaint. Wrong mail occurs a couple time a year. I accept a mistake or two per year. A new carrier started about 6 months ago and there have been five serious mistakes. When I filed a complaint I was told by the an angry supervisor " I know the carrier worked together for years and she does not make mistakes".

Not sure why a phone number is posted. Dialed numerous times with no answer, then it disconnects. Poor overall service. Package dropped in lobby in provided bins for paid postal items and not logged as received after 24 hrs.

Was reading some of the comments, and it is uncanny the number of people who did not receive their pkgs. I now have had two packages just disappear. I filled out a complaint from for the first one , they said they never saw it. Well these were Pkgs. I was returning so I still have to pay for them. I'm so frustrated that someone at the post office is stealing my mail!

I would like to thank our regular mail carrier for the great service that she provides to 2729 NW 11th St. She delivers to the mailbox and, if the package is too large to fit, she carries it up to the house and rings the doorbell, so we can go out and collect it before someone else "picks it up". She is truly a conscientious and reliable employee! Please thank her for me! Unfortunately, some of her "replacements" are not nearly as good.

I am at 2011 willow branch drive in heatherwood lakes community. If my postman makes one more rude, nasty, sparky remark about the amount of pkgs I receive I'm going to cry. I am disabled and its the only way I can shop. He yelled "so get a bigger mailbox! I shouldn't have to get out of my truck!"

I live in a gated community and we have groups of 4 mailboxes. I was told that my mail person will no longer deliver mail to our boxes if we park on the street in front of our home, which is permitted by our association. They said they can’t pull their mail truck right up to the boxes so we won’t get our mail. The car is not blocking access to the boxes. I assume it is an inconvenience to have to get out of the truck or pull up and then back up to reach the box? I would appreciate some guidance.

I am getting angry with my postal driver. Apparently he or she is unable to physically close my mail box. Since it has rained the past few days my mail is soaked and I am unable to read anything on the letters/mail that I receive. What can we do to resolve this situation? Oh yeah, we can simply close the mailbox door so I can actually read my mail. I will also leave a note on the mail box so I is clear to the driver.

I will make this short I am so dissatisfied with your postal service. This is the third time that I didn’t receive my package. The first and second time the mail was delivered to the wrong house and luckily the people were nice enough to bring it to me and one of the pieces was medication. The house it was delivered to is a rental and it just so happened there was people there. Yesterday I was expecting a package and it never came, I checked to see the status of it and it said it was delivered NO never came to my mailbox. It seems every time our mail girl Colleen is off this is what happens. It is no wonder your Post Office is going downhill, something better be done to train your substitute mail people no how to read, thoroughly disgusted. I probably won’t get an answer as you never answer your phone.

I had tracking on a package. Received updates every step of the way but they said that they delivered it and didn’t deliver it to me! What if this had been medication? Why don’t they take a picture when they deliver like Amazon? Then I might know where my package is! I am out my money, time and patience! I registered to file a complaint but it won’t let me sign in again and you get lost in an endless loop! If I put in the tracking # it says it was delivered and it wasn’t! No help available unless I drive there during this covid-19 and expose myself to everyone else that is probably there to complain! Thanks for nothing. You delivered an old ladies mail to the wrong person and her health and fixed income mean nothing. The package had some special arthritis gloves that my doctor said would help my pain but go ahead give them to someone else. Oh, don’t answer the phone either because you might have to give some customer service

I have lived at 3908 Oasis Blvd for almost 16 years. Nothing has changed, in particular, I have the same POBox on the same white 4x4 post that only was replaced by the city when they put in sidewalks. I am a totally disabled veteran and 76. For some unknown reason about two months ago a new postperson- carrier-decided it was okay to drive across the very end of my concrete driveway apron and then on the foot of my lawn to get to the mail box- after 16 years that is a first. The result is that the foot of my lawn on the street side of the POBox is all torn up. I have lived with this but next month when the rain returns I intend to re-sod the area. Please notify the carrier to stop using my lawn as a runway for the house side tires. I am sorry, but I was a USAF and commercial pilot and this is simply sloopy driving to save time. It has to stop or I will take other more drastic action. I need help and I have been patient so please tell the carrier to stop it.

All I can say is wow ! I thought that I was alone in my disgust for the Cape Coral post office. Reading these reviews shows the incompetence of this federal government office. I have had numerous problems with the Cape PO. I have had envelopes returned to me completely shredded, paid bills lost causing late fees to me and also having the electric company threatening to cut my service due to my paid bills being lost. I moved several years ago but still have family living in the Cape. Then the nightmare continued sending mail to the Cape. Lost letters, lost packages, packages being left on the community mailbox for all thieves to steal, saying no such address, including long established businesses. Repeated complaints go no where. I had a PO employee actually tell me on the phone to stop talking and shut my mouth ! These are the most unprofessional, rude and lying people I have ever dealt with ! They should be retrained or my preference FIRED !

USPS wonders why people don’t choose to use them when they suck more and more each year. Would rather pay higher fedex rates and get real customer service. Can never reach them on the phone. Packages get sent back as no one at that address when I am the only one at the address. Really I give them a -100

I have never had to deal with an operation that is as inefficient as the Cape Coral Post Office. I tried calling for days to resolve a mail forwarding issue. The line is either “busy” or no one answers the phone. The information I received when I did get through did not resolve the problem and the employee acted as if I was wasting her time. They are either understaffed or need intensive training in customer service.

We had had several people send packages to our home which quite frequently get delivered to the wrong address. A couple months ago, the people who received the package were kind enough to deliver it to us themselves since our address was on the package but yet it was delivered several streets over. Today, I had to retrieve a package that showed on the USPS site that it was delivered to our house already but yet we hadn't received it. It was delivered 2 streets over. This package had previously been returned to the company who sent it because it was returned the first time for being delivered to the wrong place even though our address was correct on the package. Our shipping cost was not refunded and we had to pay another shipping fee to have it delivered a second time which I had to go ask the person 2 streets over if they had gotten it!

I got my packages today. Normally everything is fine. But today i received a map i bought. Instead of it bought to my door. It was stuffed in my mailbox and damaged. This item was 3 inches longer than my mailbox. It was damged and cant be repaired. This is unacceptable when there is always someone home.

What a bunch of incompetent people. I'm saddened to see my tax dollars so poorly spent. Change on the manager of the central location in Cape Coral. Apparently the leadership is just as poor. Shameful!!!

What terrible service. And this is what our tax dollars go to? My daughter has a package delivered to wrong address and we are still waiting for some kind of response with this issue. For some reason we have several mailmen/women and the Monday person drives by our house on a regular basis without taking our outgoing mail or delivering our incoming. So I wonder, if our mail does go to a different address. On occasion he/her turned around and came back. But yesterday was at least the 4th time in 2 months this happened.

This never happened. Mailman never even came to my house on Saturday. This was a priority mail package that I paid for and was never picked up! What is going to be done about this. Horrible service with home delivery person. Leaves packages outside at end of walk, not at door. 3 dogs, 8 lb, 9lb. and 13 lb. behind two doors, door and storm door, never out but will not come near the door. Shoves packages into mailbox, has damaged photographs by bending the package. Has left notes in mailbox, yelled at tree workers, and says to put garbage cans on other side of drive which is too narrow. There is plenty of room on the lawn for those cans. He is just nasty. Has told me he hates dogs, would shoot them all. I wish you could assign him somewhere else. I cannot put cans elsewhere and I have checked and he has plenty of space. He is just being nasty, really. UPS, and all other carriers bring my packages to the door. He should never had been hired as a mailman. Nasty.
