Was expecting an express package last week and found out today that it was delivered to wrong address (not even in my neighborhood). I too tried calling the number on website and constant busy signal mostly and/or no one answers. I had to go in today to try and find my package and basically still have no information. I'll let you know if and when I finally get my package.
Most of the neighbors on my street received the wrong Mail on Friday 1/13 as the mail carrier appears to have put the mail in incorrect slots in the bank of mailboxes on our street. When I called our local post office to report it I used the phone number listed on several web sites for that location (941-758-3537) but no one answers the phone even during business hours ,, so at this point the problem remains unreported ,, very frustrating as we in the neighborhood have had other issues over the last few months since there was a carrier change.
Started calling at 4:48PM about a critically important matter. Had to do so four times, because each attempt resulted in several unanswered rings, followed by a disconnection. Stopped trying a little after five (closing time). Apparently they have no voicemail either.
Mail was to have been stopped, but delivered today. Leaving for a lengthy vacation early tomorrow morning. Any advice?
