I arrived at the Marshallton Branch Post Office at 0931am to mail a couple of letters and to returned a package but the lobby doors were still locked also the posted hours on the window said they were supposed to be open at 0800 am.

The mail person on several occasions has put mail in my mailbox that is not mine, the number is Big and Black on the door (the houses have numbers). I keep getting several of my neighbors mail in the past months. Also I found a handful of mail on 7/28/2023 my entire block in my box. Someone is dumping mail. I had left it to be picked up and still know one has taken the mail back (I wrote on the envelope "wrong address" several times to be taken back to the post office or delivered to the correct address but still in my mailbox or just dumped in my flower garden or street. I had to wait several times for the mail person to hand the mail back to them, clearly it shows the person is just tossing and not handling the postal care the right way and it needs to be resolved. I think my next step is to contact someone higher up regarding this matter considering its a federal law of miss handling US postal mail. Or contact the media/ news station. Please resolve this in Wilmington DE
I was at this branch a week ago( Greenville). A sign on the door was "LUNCH" with no apparent return time. I came back 40 minutes later still had the sign "LUNCH".
It was after 2pm. Why is there no return hour listed? I went UPS instead.
