Terrible service! The woman complained that “it was her day off & I shouldn’t even be here!” …I am serious, this was said outloud to me, the person in front of me & the one behind! Her machine ‘was down’ & she said she was unable to help us with a certified mailing. There was a lady at the window who she was serving & she was speaking over her to remark at us. I asked her to please take care of her customer first & then direct her attention to me rather than speak over & around the lady she was helping~ never did get satisfaction from her. We left & ended up having to go to another post office. She was rude and uncooperative ~ most Unprofessional and absolutely unfriendly! Needs RETRAINING in PR ~ would expect better of Greenville, DE

Why doesn't the telephone work at Greenville post office?

Sent a bubble mailer with a small plush toy to Texas and said that time was not important, that it didn't need to be there anytime soon. Cost me $8.00. The toy cost $2.00.
