Chris Heinz was so kind, helpful and professional when he helped to resolve my problem. I mistakenly mailed a non addressed card in the post box outside the post office. The time, effort and patience Mr. Heinz took to help me was more than I ever expected, but he found my card. He is truly an asset to the USPS and a hero to me. Thank you for your generous consideration.

I had a problem with my mail looping back and forth between two addresses. Gina was so kind and so helpful. She even called to keep me updated and let me know that she fixed the problem. Thank you Gina!

Having the phone number and fax number the same is ridiculous. How can a customer get to speak with a postal worker about undelivered mail from the irs?? It’s important it doesn’t get sent back as undeliverable…

I put a Priority Mail pkg out for pick up today - no one showed up to pick it up. Cannot get through by phone - both numbers go to their fax machines. It's like they are hiding behind them!!

There is an employee there that keeps telling people that 73301 zip code is wrong on IRS papers. It is not wrong.

Another screwed up delivery. Returned home tonight, checked mail and was expecting a package. I looked all on the porch and decided to check the status of the package through Amazon. It said, "Delivery attempted". Seriously when did my mail carrier bring small packages to my home instead of over-stuffing them in the mailbox. It also stated that I should look for a notice of delivery on my door. Not possible if the delivery was not made by the mail carrier. The post office really needs to get their act together.

We occupy a building with multiple businesses in Seaford, DE (19973), we are one of 5 entities receiving mail at the address. I am also bldg owner. We went out of town, so I placed a Hold Mail for my mail (CAH270051426). One of the other tenants/occupants contacted us today and said all mail has been held for the bldg. When she called the PO in Seaford she was told that I had placed a Hold on the entire bldg, which is not true. If you examine the Hold, it shows just my name, why would mail be held for the other occupants / businesses? This is unacceptable.I cannot reach anyone at the Seaford PO today.
