Bring my package to my doorstep, don’t deliver it, then mark it undeliverable because the address can’t be verified? What?

I never get my package from you guys at all!!! You guys always deliver my package to somebody else!! I got one back . You guys also don’t answer ya phone.

Did not deliver my item and was suppose to call me concerning the issue and didn't then when you call there it's always busy I shouldn't of not had to drive there to get an answer in which I still didn't get!!!!!!!!

Disappointed that this list states that the PO BOX’s have 24 hour access and yet, when I drove there, it didn’t appear to open ‘til 8 am (Saturday)... Is this such a bad area that the PO BOX area can’t remain open all the time???

I was wondering why, all of a sudden, our area's mail has been so sporatic. We haven't received any for at least a couple of days now. Before this started, we have had no problems with daily delivery. I haven't seen so much as a mail truck in our area. I was wondering what is going on!!! By not having regular daily mail delivery, we are missing out on important pieces of mail that are crucial.

my first class mail package has been sitting in NE NJ post office with no movement since 12/03/2020 -- thats 13 days!! It is supposed to be in Arizona. I tried calling local number and it just rings and rings

Horrible service location. Never anyone available to help in bulk mail. They give you a hard time about leaving it when you have waited 20-30 minutes for someone and you have a prepaid account. Clerks are not friendly at all. Someone needs to do something to improve this service. It is very difficult for a business to get work done efficiently when you have to be there extended amounts of time do mail something and when you do have to call, no one ever answers the phone.

On July 17th 2020.. On this day the mailman jumped on the hood of my car. There was 2 dogs across the street.. He was going to the roof of the car when we went out.. The only thing he took with him was his mail bag. THe spray and the skanner was thrown in the drive way. My daughter had to walk him to his truck.. The one dog was starting to on the street and my daughter told him to go home and he went the other way from them.. I called the post office they sent a supervisor out took the info down and took pictures, The hood is dented the shape of his feet. When he was on the hood it was about 6 inches in when he was standing on it.. I have call so many time and was told I will get a call back. My daughter has also called with the same info.. I went up to the post office and was told they will call me at my home.. I start to loss it but I had to get myself together... There was one person told my daughter to get it fixed thru are insurance, We are also told they are checking into... HOW LONG is this going to go on.... Is it going by the pony express...

I have an e-mail saying my package was delivered to my address. IT HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED. I cannot reach anyone at the post office to speak to in person and ask where my package is. I have spent aprox 2 hour on telephone (on hold mostly) trying to speak to someone. all I get are recorded messages.

I have missing mail at 128 Hopkins Newark, DE 19713 court and this is not the first time last time I filed a claim and no one has called me in over a year I signed up for informed delivery and last Saturday 01/25/2020 it shows a letter being delivered that day and I still have not received it I call and call and always get put on hold right now I am waiting for 37 minutes for delivery supervisor

Mailbox has been broken for a week, after going to the post office to be told no one is in I call the 1800 number and make a complaint. Have had several issues with this mailbox and no one is every at the post office or every in.

Do mail carriers not deliver food store flyers anymore. Strange how some parts of my community receive them and parts serviced my other carriers dont. Is this not a punishable offence? Is the post office not paid to deliver them. Then why does it not happen

A package was thrown on my walk way to my front door. I do have a door bell and a storm door, in addition to a bench by the door. Is this acceptable? NO!!! At the very least the package should have been placed by the front door. If you like I can send a photo where this was left. Does this mail person know if anyone is home? If by chance it rained the item would have been ruined.

Your service stinks. Had big box delivered todayand postwomen literally rolled it out of her truck and started flipping box over and over. Rude ignorant are terms I would use and that's being kind

Just stopped at the Ogletown road branch -- 830am. The boxes out front in the lot were OVERFLOWING---I cannot believe that from last night to today the mail got stuffed that full in more than one box. I tried to call 4x at the local number and no answer. Honestly - I'll stay using the Odessa location from now on.

I just called 1-800# and they assigned a case number so Newark USPS will call back in 2-3 bus. days to setup passport appointment
