I just love how a package said it was delivered to me at 1035 am, when we dont open until 11 am. Are Middletown post office workers in the habit of leaving packages out in the open on Main Street so they can be stolen????? Beyond angry

We have a regular female delivery person who is great. However, we receive incorrect mail regularly when a male delivery person is on. We neighbors are receiving too many incorrect pieces of mail addressed to one of our other neighbors. I can see this happening occasionally, but this is happening all too frequently.

I am trying to schedule an appointment to renew my passport and all I get is the IVR which does not let me schedule an appointment. No one answers and there is no option to schedule through the phone? How am I supposed to do this?

On July 30, 2015 at 1:00PM, mail was delivered to my home at 216 Wilgus Ct, Middletown, DE 19709. I was sitting inside my house when I heard a loud noise from the front of my house and a few moments later I heard the mailbox close. My car was parked in front of my driveway and several feet away from the mailbox. At 1:02 PM I left my house to go back to work and I saw the mailman few houses down. I went around the look at the other side of my car facing the road and there were two large scratches and two one inch large spots with paint chipped off. From the location of the car damage and the location of the mailbox it was clearly evident that the mailman tried to take a sharp right in order to bring the vehicle as close as possible to the mailbox – and in the process caused significant damage to my vehicle. I have pictures taken at 1:02PM showing the damage on my car, and the mailman a few houses down.

I was suppose to get my package friday January 9th 2015 i was home all damn day I didn't hear a knock a ring from my door bell or a honk from a truck all i seen was the truck passing my house it never stop nor did the driver look my way now it's saturday come to find out my shit is all the way in middle town 445 miles away from me what the hell I can't call no one I sent emails everything I want my damn package I don't give a f*** what yall people are doing i just want my package i live in Ohio so I don't understand how the hell it got to 298 E Main St, Middletown, DE 19709 when it should be in Ohio yall people need to get this shit together as soon as possible!

Postal Carriers don't delivery packages to the door - so instead of ringing my bell to deliver my package they left a notice of missed delivery I went to the website and told them I was home and it should have been delivered and asked for redelivery next day - and guess what the lazy postal carrier drove right pass me and no package - what the hell is the USPS coming to they raise rates and you get less service - then can't get anyone on the phone to complain - when I worked for the post office if you called you got the local post master now everything is automated and no one answers - on hold for over an hour.

Getting a passport at this location is next to impossible. Went there with all of my documentation. I was told I had to make my own copy of my license. I was sent over to copier and when I came back 1 minute later, the postal worker went on break. I had to wait for her for 15 minutes. When she came back, she then told me I needed a original copy of my sons birth certificate even though I had the soon to expire passport. She refused to process the application and told us to call the 800 number if we felt she was wrong. We called and confirmed the original birth certificate was not required if we had his passport. Once we cleared that up, she tolde was after 4pm and to come back the next day. The next day I went to the New Castle Post Office and they processed everything in 5 minutes.
