Dear USPS headquarters :
To Whom it may concern,
For the past few days I have been calling your Briarwood office in Queens, Jamaica to have a master key installed on my USPS cluster box. Having said that I am throughout the process for the inception of convocations with headquarters, appointments were mad for someone to come out to install the lock. After much waiting I called headquarters for a second time and at that time was told to call the Briarwood office directly which was done but to no avail. After as few days I received a call for the supervisor from the Briarwood location and was greeted with great hostility telling me after I told her I have been calling, that she is not always at her desk and I went to another location my mistake. While I was responding to her telling her I did not like the way she was speaking to me she abruptly handed the phone over to her employee who by the way was much pleasant and assisted me in the right manner. This morning at approximately 8:20 on 5/25/16 I received a call telling me someone is outside to install the master lock for my cluster box, so I allowed the worker access into my home to install the master lock. His reply was I am not going to install the master lock because the cluster box in not installed on the wall. Right there and then I explained to him that I told your supervisor the box was not installed yet and she said ok. I am not pleased with her Supervisor customer disposition and I will not deal with that office for the install of my cluster box. I was told by the worker who came out to call another Jamaica branch and that is what I am going to do.
I am so sick of sending packages to DC. I just got a confirmation that a package was "undeliverable". Why? My party was waiting for this package all day, and had to sign for it. All of the information required was correct, so why was it "undeliverable"? What a bunch of jokes. Every time I send a package to DC, I get grief.
So mad i was sending a card to my mother with some pictures in it of her grandchildren and my mom gets the card but not the pictures........and no one at post office can say anything.......my mom say the evelope was riped opened and they still delivered it smh i dislike the postal service. Were the caremas at when you need them.
i could not agree more their phone system is terrible u spend 30 mins waiting I been trying to find a package that was sent back almost three weeks ago nobody seems to know all u do is listen to their stupid phone system of how great they are and how u can depend on them its no wonder they are in the red who wants to do business with a company that is so terrible

I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM I DO NOT GET MAIL SOMETIMES FOR A WEEK NOT EVEN JUNK MAIL, ALL MY BILLS DO NOT COME ON TIME AND I HAVE HAD ALMOST A DEFAULT ON MY STUDENT LOAN , MY SON ALMOST LOST HIS CAR INSURANCE B/C THE BILL NEVER CAME BUT THE LETTER TELLING HIM THEY NEVER GOT THE PAYMENT DID OMG HOWS THAT FOR A LAUGH, FUNNY HARDLY, WHEN THE POST OFFICE ONLY DELIVERS MAIL WHEN THEY WANT AND TO WHOM THAT IS A FED OFFENSE WHEN SOMEONE TAMPERS W/UR MAIL , I HAVE COMPLAINED NUMEROUS TIMES AND HOPEFULLY SOMETHING WILL FINALLY GET DONE. THE MAIL IS NO ONES BUSINESS BUT THE RECEIPIENT TO WHOM IT IS ADDRESSED MY POST MAN BELIEVES IT COMES WHEN HE WANTS REGARDLESS OF WHAT IT IS DISGUSTING. PRIVATIZE THE PO AND EFFICIENCY WOULD INCREASE B/C THEY KNOW THEY CAN THEN BE FIRED
