I live in a home with two units. I am consistently getting my mail misdelivered. Despite leaving a polite note for the letter carrier to double check the unit number, I have missed packages and mail from the VA, the IRS, my employer, and more. The issue is the fact that delivering to the proper mailbox requires walking up four additional steps to my residence. I checked my doorbell/camera and the letter carrier READ the note so it appears intentional. (I get it...you're understaffed and walking ALL DAY takes a toll.) I also receive my neighbor's mail for a similar reason. My grass is now completely dead because the letter carrier cuts across my lawn to deliver to the neighbor's residence EVERY DAY. It's disrespectful and deliberate. I don't know who to contact to address this issue so I'll be confronting the letter carrier directly if there is no response.

My packages are not being delivered but are being marked as delivered . This is not fair to the residents. We understand covid 19 impacted everyone. However you call can’t get through to anyone and this location just lets the phone ring when it’s opening hours I sat outside the store in my car and watched them not answer the phone. I’m pissed off because my hard earned money was spent and now I don’t have my money or my package and I want answers for where my item is !

What is happening to mail delivery in our area. We only get mail about twice per week. The mail carrier zips through in her truck but no mail is being delivered. This is rare as normally mail is delivered everyday. Please look into this matter.

To Whomever manages this office, this is a busy neighborhood with a high population of people in this part of the fit, it is unacceptable for 1 person to be working at noon with a line of 20 plus people almost out the door. There appears to be someone else here but only one counter open. This neighborhood should be staffed with more associates at the desk. This wouldn't be tolerated in other parts of this city.
