Mail lady yelled at us for blocking mailbox while we waited for a spot to park in a customers driveway. Her words exactly, “F*CK YOU A$$HOLE!” as she sped off without leaving the mail for the house. Address was 9 Edward Ave Woodbury

My husband I just recently moved to the area and we love it there so far but we will go to a different post office. I went in because our address and my inlaws address somehow were combined together. The rude woman behind the counter was already misserable being there. A nice person who she knew by name came to drop off an item and he said "have a good rest of your day" her reply was a mocking laughter... When i told her of the situation she immidiatley said "we cant help you" instead of hearing me out. She called over who I'm assuming was her supervisor and I was told in exact words "just wright name and address on the piece of paper". I asked nicely okay just my name or everyones name involved with their address and her respond was "wright YOUR name and address". She comes back and asks what address was the one written and I told her it was my current address. She says no we need the old address after I had asked her what she wanted me to wright down. The problem was not resolved and was basically told that they can't do anything. She should not be working in the customer service field if thats how misserable she is. I regret not getting her name.

This post office lacks common sense and attention to detail. On more than one occasion I have had to go there concerning my service. Most recently I sent a package to myself from Florida and the carrier somehow missed the fact that my mail was no longer being forwarded and they rerouted it back to Florida!! On other occasions packages have been stuffed into my mailbox which required a knife to "cut them out" as they could not be pulled back out over the mailbox lip. On more than one occasion the carrier has left packages sitting on top of the mailbox so as not to have to get out of the truck and put them by the front door.... very frustrating!!

The woodbury post office is the worst place to go in CT for your postal service needs. They are rude and everyone I meet feels the same way. I never go there to even drop off mail. I just called due to late mail again and was treated rudely again. They do not service the community; they service their own needs first. I will travel 10 miles out of way then go to this branch. This office needs a complete management overhaul. Someone should do something about this!!!

I have never met such rude people in all my life!! Both the man and woman seem completely miserable! I will not be going back if I can help it! Whoever hired them has got to see how bad they are! Why are they still there?!
