Walk in and Amber... (7/8/2022 10:40)am.Very helpful and knows my situation on Change of Address... She wrote down confirmation# to addressing the the carrier of my new address...since June 28 that takes 7-10. She call me Friday July,8 to make sure she will find more...Shes Awesome! I'm confident that my mail will be in good hands.

Once again, our replacement mail carrier put our mail in our neighbor’s mailbox. My mailbox is clearly marked. It has my address on it, even has a red and white on a pole sticking out the ground, next to my mailbox. This isn’t the first time this replacement mail carrier has done this. Please speak to this man! Do whatever you gotta do!

I dropped off a package today using the self help package drop off. So I didn't have to have contact with anyone during this terrible pandemic that we are experiencing. I am in shock by how dirty the touch screen was it looked like they had not cleaned it in months! It only takes a few seconds to wipe down that screen and probably save lives. Please have someone clean your touch screen to help prevent this virus from spreading.

I am a disabled senior citizen. I am writing about the three Stratford mailboxes (2 at PO buildings, 1 near town hall) that used to have extensions so you could deposit mail without getting out of the car. Over the past several months, the extensions have been removed, forcing one to get out of the car to mail a letter, which is difficult for many disabled people. In addition, the box in front of the P.O. has a very narrow slot and will not take an envelope over 1/2" thick. I not only had to get out of the car to use the mailbox for one letter, but then had to go into the PO itself to mail the thicker one. This is not only inconvenient for a senior and/or disabled person, but may be illegal under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Would you please let me know why the change in mailbox style was made. cc: CT Dept of Aging and Disabilities Stratford PO

About a month ago, I left a very clearly addressed envelope for pick up in my mailbox. It has not been delivered as of today. Had a similar issue last year. Both times a check was enclosed, and the checks were not presented for payment at my bank. A comment would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have a on going complaint. My reg mailman, Leo, is off so is his regular sub. The person who delivered today and many times can't seem to read. My mail is left next door or across the street. He certainly is paid enough to deliver correctly and neither I nor my neighbors should have to deliver the mail to the correct parties. If someone wasn't picking up the mail next door I would not have received my mail for more than a week. NOT acceptable. This needs correcting.
