Terrible. The older woman with red hair is consistently rude everytime I use this post office.

I called and was immediately helped by someone as I was having issues with my mail as I just moved. The person was polite, helpful and took care of the problem right away. I didn't have to talk to a computer which was a relief! I called several weeks later and the same employee answered the phone and was just as helpful with a different issue. His name was Robert and he was courteous, professional and again addressed the issue I was having with the mail.

I was out of the country for three weeks and I went to the Simsbury Post Office today (Friday) to collect my held mail. The office was closed. I called the post office and no one answered. How do I receive my held mail?

The staff is very rude & seems to enjoy being unhelpful... Gave info conflicting with website/ policies. Avon & Canton are further for me but provide at least somewhat acceptable customer service ;/

I agree! The woman with longer reddish hair and glasses treats customers poorly. I've witnessed her being rude to an elderly customer when he clearly was struggling to hear what she was saying.
