Postal Locations

Not very dependable. Have had 3 lost packages. Since January. When I called them about this all they tell me is sometimes they scan packages before delivery. Showed was delivered. But was not. Plus very lazy won’t get out of truck to deliver small packages. Someone is always at my house. So there is no reason for mail not delivery they get good pay but are never helpful

i have not received any mail for a couple of weeks is there a problem i should get at least flyers on thursdays my phone is 2039880551

I do not get my People magazine. I get it for a few weeks and then I don't get it for a few weeks. It is clearly marked with the correct name and address. Would appreciate it, if I got it in my mail box every week.

Mail service in Prospect SUCKS. Awful. Mail delivered wrong regularly. DRIVERS STUFF THERE FACE WITH FOOD AND I PICK UP THE MAIL WITH A BATTALION OF ANTS

Hi there... We got our wedding invites weighed last week so we would get the appropriate stamp. We've had 2 people call us telling us that the prospect ct post office sent them a letter telling them they owed .45 cents more to receive the invite. Is this just bc of the prospect office?? Most other people received an invite with no issues. Only prospect it happened in. Please get back to me asap... This is unacceptable!!!! We paid a lot of money and we were given the 'correct' stamp to use for these!!!!! -Laura

mail on the lawn...mail delivered to neighbor - awful service

SKIPPED OUR STREET. The mail carrier failed to come to putting green lane today 1-19-16 and this is not the first time we have been skipped. We also don;t get our mail until sundown most days. I had important mail inside of my mailbox, ready to go out, but the mail carrier skipped our street. I know they were around because I saw the mail trucks out and about around 3pm when I picked my son up from school. Not only did I have important mail that didn't go out today, but I was also waiting for a check in the mail that would have come today if the carrier showed up. We also always get the neighbors mail so we have to play mail carrier at least 2-3x a week. Both us and the neighbor (whose mail we keep getting) have lived here for over a couple of decades so I don't understand why we are always getting their mail. PLEASE address this ongoing issue on putting green lane. Thank you in advance.

Whomever delivers my mail doesn't deserve there job. I have received rude messages on my mail. And a package was delivered on 1/26. I found it saint Patrick's day melting out of a glacier on the side of the road. You would think that someone would be kind sence it was for my up coming wedding but the man on the phone was rude n very unhelpful. The sad thing is they did not follow there own policy. Sad
