Hello, First, thank you for your services delivering our mail. May I please ask for your help with regard to delivering mail? I live in the Foxboro complex so mail is delivered to the "Mail House" where there are small boxes for each address. On two recent occasions, items I ordered were stuffed into the box. One was a tunic, the other was a computer power source. In each case the package barely fit into the box and the mail was crushed into the back. The previous mailman put similar items on my front stoop. Now, when a package is delivered, the mailbox was so filled that I had to rip up magazines to get everything out. It seems to me that items that will fill up the box should be delivered to the door. Or perhaps, whoever sorts the mail should sort the packages as before - they are delivered, not stuffed into the box. I hope that this is a reasonable request. THANK YOU FOR LISTENING. TM

No mail yet truck goes down St but does not stop third day letters in box no one picks them up too lazy to get out of the truck gets worse all the time

Saturday, June 17 at 9 AM I had a passport appointment at the post office on Washington Avenue in Norwalk Connecticut The postal employee that got around to opening up the gate to attend to me was downright rude! she yelled at me several times.. I stayed quiet and listened to her instruction. I want the usps supervisor to understand that when a consumer is present for a scheduled appointment, allowing your staff to treat a customer the way that woman treated me is really deplorable and it says a lot about the care that the supervisor doesn't take with their staff to correct them when they're out of line. every employee that was in the post office working that morning heard the way she treated me, nobody helped me. I got through it as i am mature and disciplined.

Good morning. My name is Maria Alvarado and I am writing to you because my son in law did an application to renew his passport on June 17, 2021. He paid for an expedited passport. The problem is that he already booked a flight ticket on April. His flight will be on August 6th. He wants to know if it is possible for him to get an express passport by going to this office? My local post office put the incorrect zip code on the shipping label and I did not notice until I got home and looked at the receipt. I saw that the package had arrived at the Norfolk, CT post office so I called. A worker answered quickly and after hearing the situation, he handed the phone to his supervisor. She went to look for my package and corrected the label and personally took care of it for me. I am so impressed by and appreciative to this post office and the workers for helping me even though I'm sure they are extremely busy. THANK YOU! :)

No mail delivered for a full week. This is typical lately. This is the worst postal service I have ever encountered. I'm three blocks from the Post Office.

For 2 weeks in a row I did not receive my 2 weekly subscriptions. I called the Post office twice, spoke to a supervisor and was told that I was going to receive the missing issue , but nothing was delivered. A neighbor told me that he has received mail from other adresses too. Ever since Clarence retired there has been mail missing or not delivered. Very frustrating.

USPS is shoving boxes in our mailboxes that do not fit because they are too lazy to leave it at the door? I have pictures. My mail box was just broken due to their laziness.

Im irritated!!!! i have a package sent to this usps twice and the same story the package was NOT event attempt to be mail and they sent it back to the sender! this is the 2nd time, i been tracking this package and it arrive at their location at 2:29pm, and at 2:29pm it was sent back to sender for unknown address, my house is very visual you cant miss it! LORD i guess i will file yet another complaint

I have an order with these [number removed]799 the delivery men put a message that he put on the mail box. I check the mailbox and don't see anything. This is the second time that the delivery person from USPS DO THAT. THIS IS INACCEPTABLE. HE WAS STOLEN THE ORDERS OR MISSING THE ORDERS. PLEASE CAN YOU CHECK WHAT HAPPEN WITH THIS EMPLOYEE. I am writing you about the South Norwalk Post Office drivers, for about couple years they are using my drive away writing in higher speed for not reason, there’s no package to delivery to us and not reason to drive THAT FAST on my drive away, this is private drive away and not a State Highway. We have 2 dogs that are always playing around also have guests with kids and l don’t want any crazy drivers on my proprietary in special when they just come here for speed. I have all in video, we out cameras around the house. I spoke to one driver and he told me he would stop but l don’t know if is the same driver because they drive very fast and this one for today was faster than usual, could please stop those drivers to come here to just for fun because my proprietary it’s not amusement park. If they have a package to delivery to us they can come and delivery the package on a loan speed drive if there’s not package don’t come here for not reasons. I hope you can solve this problem because l spoke to one drive already and he just ignore me and they still coming here. Any questions . Thank you for your attention. Márcia Derrico

Live in a condo, condo hill. 18 years. I'm now being told by carrier that if I leave mail "inside" my mail box he does not have to pick it up. I must leave it on top!!! I have had mail stolen. Not that you care. I had too chase him down to give him my mail from my box. You want no personal info yet an email address. Your joking. Sad. USPS does less and wants more.

I HAVE NOW RECEIVED 2 E-MAIL NOTIFICATIONS THAT AN ITEM CANNOT BE DELIVERED TO MY MAILBOX DUE TO A SECURE DELIVERY LOCATION WAS NOT AVAILABLE. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE WAS SOMEONE AT HOME 24/7 AND WALKWAY TO MAILBOX THAT IS ATTACHED TO HOME WAS TOTALLY CLEAR - SIDEWALK IN FRONT OF HOME TOTALLY CLEAR - DRIVEWAY CLEAR. NO NOTIFICATION WAS LEFT - NO ONE RANG THE DOORBELL - THERE WAS NO ATTEMPT TO DELIVER A VERY SMALL ITEM WE ARE WAITING TO BE DELIVERED.......WHAT IS THE PROBLEM? DOES THE DRIVER NOT WANT TO GET OUT OF THE TRUCK? PLEASE DELIVER ITEM TO MY HOME IMMEDIATELY - IT IS A BIRTHDAY PRESENT TO A CHILD. ANGRY CUSTOMER
