This post office needs major help. I have worked at an insurance agency for years and whenever we have a different mail person they refuse to knock on the door to collect our mail after contacting this post office to let them know we have outgoing mail every day. I continue to try to call and let them know we have mail that hasn't been collected and every time I try to call they put me on hold then hang up on me!!!!

Very disappointed. My package sat at the post office location for two days. I get a notification that my driveway/mailbox was inaccessible with an approximate delivery time. Not only was that not true, my cameras did not see a single mail truck come down my road all day. Naturally, I get this notification after 5PM so I can't call to complain or report the driver. It's supposed to snow tomorrow, so I'll likely have to wait a few more days before my package arrives... if it arrives. VERY disappointed.

Hello! Greetings! I live in Middletown, CT on Broad Street, across from the synagogue and the new mosque. Today is a full on snow day--almost everything is closed, including, now, the gas station across the street. Much to my surprise AND appreciation I saw a little USPS postal van parked at SBona Towers--a property next door--and I couldn't believe my eyes. You all were delivering mail today (special credit, of course going to this delivery driver and all delivery drivers making the hauls in the snow today). This is partly. selfish message because I am expecting something important today; so I'm psyched I still have a chance at receiving it. But most mainly, this is genuine message commending the spirit and ethos of the postal service and postal drivers that take the job so serious that they brave the cold and snow to get our stuff to us. I said it out loud, and. am serious, I was proud of the American Spirit I see in such acts. And certainly, to be fair, that spirit is not limited to only America/ns; so, more accurately I am impressed by the exemplary human spirit displayed in such actions, and feel the postal workers deserve commendations and even pay raises when hey brave such inclement weather. True Thanks, BABA 10 year resident on Broad Steet in Middletown (06457-3294).

There was no mail delivery to Trolley Crossing LN on Friday August 8th and If there's no mail delivery anymore on Saturday then thats 3 days nearly half the week there's no mail , How are you going to pull off mail in ballots ? You can't handle regular weekday delivery and no Saturday to play catchup then it seems to me there is only one way for things to go and it aint up .

I have been trying to stop my mail at the Middletown post office for weeks I have been there three separate times and they keep delivering mail to the location that I told them my mail is being stolen from. They have no idea what they are doing and refused to do it correctly because I think they are not competent

Nasty, Nasty, Nasty people at your front desk. I don't know any of the names but let me tell you !!!! Long dark brown curly hair has a face that could kill the second you walk in. She has a look of HATE on her face every time I've been in there. The older gentleman isn't as bad and I'm going to stop here because I'm just getting upset AGAIN. If your staff isn't happy doing what they do FIRE THEM !!!! Having a bad day once in a while is one thing but EVERY DAY? Every time I've been in this Post Office, every person I've had the misfortune to deal with was ROTTEN !!!!! Enough, fix your staff. P.S. I'm in there every week and every week is the same. Give someone else who wants a job your front desk positions
