I live on Llynwood Drive in Bolton. We didn't get any mail delivery last Friday, Saturday or today. Why?

The wrong mail goes in my marked box. No mail person comes to the 6 apartments in my building someone always gets mail in my building. I am getting irritated with the mail carrier for not reading names on the boxes and numbers please train these people properly. Thanks

I live in Bolton ct On Saturdays we have someone who just does not seem to care. I put my flag up- they drop off the mail but never pick up my outgoing. They also almost every time lately drop off other people’s mail. One even included a Woman’s new credit card. The addresses are not even close! Only the house number. It’s like they don’t care at all. Sad

I love seeing all my mail come a week later than all my friends who order the same day as me all the time! I love how you people are always on time for lunch where I work but never on time for work. I love how poorly you do your jobs and blame it on covid but in reality nothing is different between then an now. If you want everything to be late or lost or just to get there whenever they decided to bring it then this is the postal service for you! But if you like your stuff to be there when its supposed to then go with FedEx or dhl and thank me later!

I had a very frustrating time with this post office. They sent an email to me claiming they attempted to deliver my package at 10:08am, but couldn't, because my mailbox was full. I ran out to my mailbox just to find it completely empty. The mail delivery doesn't come to my complex until later in the afternoon anyway, so I'm not sure how they sent it to me so early in the morning. When I checked my mail a second time after I knew they actually came, they left the "First Attempt" slip in my mailbox and wrote that my package was too big for my mailbox. Okay, that's fine, but why not deliver it to my doorstep? I'm out of town due to a family emergency, so I wrote on the slip they gave me the name of my boyfriend and signed it where indicated to list him as a designated person to pick up his package. I could not do it online, as the article number they put on my slip came back with an error message, claiming that article number doesn't exist. My partner kindly agreed to take time out of his work day to take the signed slip to the post office to pick up my package for me. They told him they can't release it to me because "anyone could have written that". Then why give me the slip and instruct me to put someone's name on it with my signature? I now have to travel two hours to this post office for them to release the package to me, despite following the instructions on the slip to have my boyfriend be the designated person to pick up my package. Mind you, I am unable to take time off of work at this point so hopefully no one finds out I'm away from my desk for that long. Oh yeah, and no one answers the phone. I'm fed up with this post office at this point. They are playing games with people's very important and expensive packages.

Been tracking a lost Priority Mail package now 5 days late. Have spoken to many throughout the USPS empire including 2 at the Manchester CT Post Office, and I am yet to find one that speaks English or will slow down enough to understand them. I guess USPS gets cut rates to hire foreigners too!!! Let's make America Great again!

terrible service for Ambassador drive, Manchester, Ct. I have an intermittent mailman who apparently is always out sick or whatever. I went on vacation in September 2 weeks and another wee in October. Terrible mess with mail sticking out when I came home. And then another bundle about 2 weeks after I got home. I go to the trouble to fill out stop mail forms and it is not adhered to. I I have left for the winter season on dec 7th. I told the manager of Sheldon rd about my trouble and the mail man I saw delivering man. I also put a note on the lid of my mail box that all mail is being forwarded. do not leave mail. My daughter stops at my house just today, dec 12, 2019 and there is enough mail that she paid $6.00 to forward. What a waste!! yes, she should have brought down to the post office. Yes, I will tell her.

WORST POST OFFICE --SO UNPROFESSIONAL- SCREWING PEOPLE AND NOT DELIVERING MAIL AND BALAMING THE CUSTOMER

This is concerning the mail delivery and not the office... I received a desk calendar in an over sized envelope which the postal employee mangled into a crude four fold to jam it into my normal sized mail box- ruining the contents. Does the postal exam test for common sense? It should. COMPLETELY unacceptable. The person should be fired.

I know right! I called it and it wasn't a fax but the wait time was between 1hr and 30 mins, and 1 hr and 55 mins. Are you freakin kidding me??? It's a 800 square ft. building, and I was there that morning and there was NO ONE in line, couldn't have been that busy. TERRIBLE

All of you that so easily make comments about postal workers..esp. ones delivering the mail, have any of you been carriers? Let me tell you, we deliver to houses/apt. that do NOT have numbers on them, people who do not have mailboxes or if they do, the mail boxes are either broken or too small to fit an index card!! There are people who forget to tell the usps that they've moved and/or with certain ethnic people, there are 20 people with 20 different last names living in one apt. Also, when companies and/or people send a package or letter, often times they write down the wrong last name or the wrong address....so to all you people who can easily sit there and write crappy things about mail carriers, I invite you to spend a week with us delivering the mail in 97 degree weather, 20 degree weather, pouring rain, yeah, I bet you a paycheck, you wouldn't last a week!!! Here's a thought....instead of spending time writing about things that you know NOTHING about....take that time cleaning YOUR skeletons out of your closet, I bet theres a ton!!!

No wonder you are bankrupt. The pony express was much faster and reliable. You make idiots look like scientists. You deliver mail to the wrong address on a constant basis and then recommend and/or advise us to use priority mail i.e. more money. Then give yourselves all a promotion and a raise. You have no pride you should all be in jail.

Hey George....what do you or have you done for a living? Lets see, my guess is..you are either retired and sitting home looking out the window and bored out of your mind and/or unemployed? Which one? Come down and shadow one of the carriers for a week...lets see what you post then..

Stinks...15 people in line 3 tellers and one leaves then another. People pay and walk out and they make jokes about the customers. One lady is outright rude. I hate going there.

I keep getting the mail of the guy that lives around the corner from me who has the same house number (different road), and the mail carrier can't seem to figure it out. I have to bring mail to the other guy's house. I just wonder how much of my mail goes to the other guy's house and it gets thrown out (since I have a collection agency wondering where payment is and I haven't received any bills at all!!!) f***ing incompetence!!!!
