Horrible service. Received a certified letter receipt in my mailbox on Monday from carrier who did not come to door while I was home all day. Went to post office Tuesday and Wednesday and basically told me they could not find it. Called Thursday and today which is Friday and was told the carrier was never contacted to find out where the letter might be. Also was told angrily that they did not have time to look into it. Pretty incompetent response in my humble opinion as a retail store manager for 20 years. It's not nuclear mathematics. Every time I contact the post office I need to provide my name and address and phone number each time. Interestingly I've done 100% of the contacting while no one has ever contacted me. Sounds like no one gives a sh*t.
