The agent at the counter (to the left) is the most inconsiderate and rude customer service agent I have ever dealt with (in any industry) and is unwilling to assist customers with any questions. My family has had several unpleasant encounters with her over the years including passport issues, mailing large packages and dealing with standard USPS issued forms. Her response today when I asked her about a standard form was "We don't know how to do that here, you will have to go to another post office." We live is such a pleasant and friendly community. It is a disgrace that our local post office employs people like this. They are providing a community service and encounters like this leave an impact on the overall community. The even more outrageous thing is that the nearby post offices know about how awful this woman is because they help people from the Georgetown, Ct area who can't be served by this agent. Something should really be done about this.

The employee working by herself during the lunch hour has a
bad attitude. They probably need to add staff 12-2pm.
