This is one of, no… I take that back, THE worst post office in CT if not the world. The workers there except one (the girl with the grey hair and bangs- she’s nice) are horrible, miserable people who hate their jobs and it shows. One nasty worker who looks about 65 but thinks she looks about 18 (and acts like it) by trying to pull off blue hair is a nasty, nasty person. There was a line full of customers and I had only ONE package that was prepaid. She asks if anyone has anything quick. So I reply yes, this is paid just needs the QR scanned to which she replied, “that’s not that quick”- bs. Then she purposely takes a guy to buy stamps before me which is more of a transaction than scanning a code as if to teach me a lesson. Then she gets wise with her mouth and tries notice I said “tries” to tell me off in front of the other patrons. Calling me rude. I don’t think so. The customer is always right. Do your job and shut your mouth. Prob won’t go back but hopefully next time I do she’s been fired!!

I have been very happy with the Burlington, CT post office. The woman at the front desk has always been very helpful. I am a small business owner in the area and often come in with packages to ship or with just questions on how to do business better using the US Post Office. They have always been helpful, curious, and respectful. I wouldn't change a thing and am so thankful to have our post office in Burlington.

My exwife and son moved out on April 2 2020. My son (Scott Edward Wadowski JR) had his address changed to his new location. Now my mail has been cancelled here and is being sent to Talcott Nitch Farmington My exwife did this but does not understand how my address was changed. As of now i have not recieved mail here in over a week. I just did a refinance. Im not going anywhere

Called Burlington Post Office CT to find out (3.45pm) if we were getting mail . We had mail to be picked up as well. When I asked another question I was hung up on. I guess if your job is secure you can be as rude as you want

Couldn't agree more. It has been like this for the last 3 years I have been in town. Not sure why folks are so rude there.

Awful service. The woman at the front desk is dreadful. We live with in 5 minutes of burlington post office but would rather drive 20 minutes to the bristol post office because we never ever have a problem there and the service is always pleasant!
