I don't know who I should contact about this situation, but if this is the wrong place, perhaps you could let me know who I should contact. The key to one of the parcel boxes (#A) on Main Street (south side between 7th and 8th Street) does not work well. The pervious key was fine, but the last few weeks there has been a different key. It works eventually, but it takes forever to get it inserted all the way in the lock, so it can be turned. This is problematic when the weather is bad, having to stand there for so long to get it to work. Also, my neighbor is 95 years old and doesn't have the strength to get it inserted at all. Thanks for your attention to this matter.

I have lived in Windsor forty five years. USPS has been spot on but for the last two years. Lost bills sent to me, lost payments sent out. Interest and penalties. The other day we had three of our neighbors mail in our box. If the USPS is contracting out, you are not getting your money's worth.

12-14-2020 Just tried to drop off mail in your outside drop off boxes but they were completely full. Shouldn't that be checked very often? I shouldn't have to travel to the post office more than once! Thank you,

Called the Windsor USPS this morning first thing this morning and Sue answered the phone. She listened to my problem and helped me get a solution. I had called 18002758777 and they gave me incomplete information, unfortunately. Thank you so very much, Sue at the Windsor USPS office.

Sue at the Windsor office went out of her way to help track down a package for my 88 year old father. What a kind thing to do during the Christmas rush.

I am appalled at the number of mistakes made in delivery. It's almost daily. We are constantly ending up with our neighbors' mail, some of which are packages or look important. I understand that the occasional mix up happens, but I'm not kidding. It's nearly every time we check our mail. And we've had packages go missing. Now it's a week before Christmas and I've just been notified that a package was delivered to our box, but there is nothing there. It is unacceptable. Get it together!

Deliverer left neighborhood mailbox wide open and left so anyone can steal the mail and packages. Of course its 5 PM so they are closed, they have no phone # voicemail to report this so everything will probably be stolen in the morning. Constantly getting neighbors mail weekly as well. On the bright side I have met all my neighbors because I get to deliver their letters I receive in my mailbox.

The Customer Service provided by the two primary people at the front counter, Kary & Sandy is fantastic. They are efficient, patient, positive and know how to get it done! It's unfortunate they work for a local Post'master' who is a waddling example of why government (quasi) agencies are largely #failIt would be great if this location was updated to include a self-service shipping Kiosk with 24 hour access. In contrast to the value of a kiosk; there is a secondary postal location at a local bank, that is completely redundant, offering no additional value 1/3 of a mile up the road.
