I don't understand why the guy has to be so incredibly rude. He is hateful to every single person every day that comes in. He yelled at my 71 yr old mother when she asked him for help bc she couldn't find the right box and then couldn't get the key to work in it. He treats everyone like they're stupid. He never helps anyone. He refused to do anything with my passport stuff even though it clearly states on the site that they do renews and such. It's rediculous for everyone to have to be treated this way when all we want is to mail our things. Why is someone so hateful still allowed to have this pristine government job? There are so many other people in this town who need jobs and Want to work, especially for the government with all those holidays off and benefits! I'd really like to see him fired and replaced with someone who has manners and a conscious.

The mail people are very lazy. I waited all day for a very important package outside from 12 to 1 when they normally come. Well they came never came and marked my package as they tried to deliver but no one was home and they "left" a notice. No notice was left in waited outside and nothing.... that is lazy and trying to get out of work. Worthless. Now I have to wait till Monday to go pick it up. I pay for it to be delivered not for me to pick it ip.

I Must say the Trinidad PO is not what it used to be when Ben Beshoar and Merle Armstrong were post masters. They may have been so effective because they had smart carriers. I have tried to send a check to the Mitchell Museum which if I recall is only tow blocks down the street. I am sending the returned mail a third time and there is a map to the old Jameson building so it can be delivered. THE MITCHELL HAS NOT MOVED FOR many years. They may have economized and dropped their PO Box, but I also put the street address on envelop. This is a letter that would have been delivered if Marcus Vigilhad been the mail man. Ever wonder why federal support is drying up?
