Try getting information by phone and can never get through. Some of us are busy and can't make it to the office. The least they can do is get live people to answer so your customers can get hold of your for information. VERY bad customer service.

I received a package just yesterday, it was camp fire treats for dogs. My package was opened, as the box was opened. Everything was sealed and present, for what I ordered, but WHY was my package opened.

I was told it's because their workers are "Tired" by management. That's the "LAST" thing a customer want's to hear a Post Master say.

I want to give the biggest raving review on the postman delivering mail on 3-3-2022 to residents home on Utah Ct. He delivered rendering care to a resident down in drive, maintained all safety precautions for the injured, remained calm, took action and was so kind. He was outstanding! Please give him Kudos!!!!!!

The most incompetent post office on earth… I’d be fired if I was this horrible at my job. They just don’t care. It a building full of burnouts with zero motivation to win. I get no mail or packages and zero response of why. You guys are losing.

This is the worst post office I have ever had to deal with ! They get nothing right . Years after I tell them I keep getting other peoples mail ... they do nothing about it . Never deliver packages to the door that does not fit in the box. What your little truck cant make it up a hill or are you too lazy to drive a block ! People are paying damn good money right now to have shit sent and cant even do your job right . F*ck The Thornton Post Office !

The post office CLAIMS a package of very important medicine was delivered at or in the mail box on December 31st. I know this is not possible as the medicine is sent from the company in about a 12x12 styrofoam cooler with pills and ice packs to keep them cold. If I could get these meds from a local pharmacy I certainly would but I am a heart transplant patient and none of our local pharmacies have it. I had to wait until today to try to contact the post office due to the holiday and weekend. I left my callback number with the 1800 number 3 hours ago. I can’t get ahold of the local post office. The phone just keeps ringing and ringing eventually going to what sounds like a fax machine tone. I am very upset that this is happening. I have reordered the meds from the speciality pharmacy on January 1st when I realized my package was lost. But with the holiday and weekend they will not be here until Wednesday or Thursday. This is NOT a lost Christmas gift. This IS LIFE OR DEATH situation for me. I am now using expired pills of the wrong dose until my new ones come. 😡😡😡 Bob

I live off of 136 and Colorado blvd (partridge village,) ever since our old mailman retired we have experience our Christmas mail this last year coming with envelopes being open, especially if it looked like it could have money or gift cards in them. This new person delivering is one of the most rude and obnoxious people I have had the pleasure of interacting with, he comes speeding into our cul de sac and almost hit my wife whom was pulling out and then yells obscenity’s to witch my wife heard. This person needs be looked into as soon as possible. I have be looking for some help with this situation for some time now and have not been able to locate any number of somebody to report this. Please respond ASAP!

I order my medications mail order so I can get a 3 month supply. But this time is the first time I never received my medication. Per Kaiser mail order they state that it was delivered to a parcel locker on 08/29/2019. Kaiser is stating that their tracking orders 920019020455110153500254 and that it was put in a lock box. I would now like to open a case file for this incident. Can you please let me know what and where to file a case. Thank you, Kari Manteufel

I mailed a bill payment to North Washington Street Water & Sanitation District on 3/12/19. I am being charged for non-payment for March, and I think my bill payment has to be at your Post Office. This type of mishap happened to me 2 years ago - twice, and I am afraid if it is going to happen to me again. I am at your mercy and hope you locate that bill.

My P.O box was closed for overfill yet I have complained for years about mail going to my box that did not belong to my HH. This is ridiculous.

Have tried to call Thornton CO post office for 3 months (303-227-7376), nobody ever answers and it just rings and rings until it cuts to a sound similar to a fax machine. Today, I tried to call the 1-800-275-8777 number to see if they could help me out. After going through the lengthy automated system, it told me I would be on hold for 7-11 minutes. I am currently sitting at 20 minutes. I want my postal carrier to know that "community" post boxes have larger openings on the carrier's side than they do on the resident's side and that I often can't get my mail out because it is just shoved into the receptacle. I currently have a small box stuck in my post box because it's too wide to be removed. Last month I had to mangle and mash a similar package in order to get it out of the post box. At 22:47, the 800-number finally said, "please continue to hold." At this rate, it's obvious that the notion of "customer service" does not apply to the United States Post Office. I don't think I should have to take time off of work to make contact with the post office to get such concerns taken care of. I have now been on hold longer than 25:30. I am hanging up with no resolution to this problem.

Alllllll of my mail doesn't get delivered !!! Not one piece of it. It's the holidays and this place won't answer their phone nor do they deliver my mail properly ... it's horrible not being able to rely on the postal service for my bills and cards from loved ones. Thank you for nothing.
