You guys need to read the poster 7 again. You guys are so rude, The guy with the camera is only getting a stamp. The thing on the wall is does matter. Any post office is a public place. I hope the guy with the camera got the 2 clerks fired. Your Police Department is worst than you.

The employees at this location are friendly, patient and helpful. I'm a full time resident who uses their services almost daily, and I've never had a bad experience. If you are respectful and patient as a postal customer, they will absolutely treat you in the same manner. I've held PO boxes at various locations in Colorado, and the Silverthorne location has provided the most consistent, reliable and friendly service.

I had a great experience at the Silverthorne post office. The wait was short, the person behind the counter was kind enough to where my package assigned the correct postage and then sold me additional stamps at my request. Easy Peezy.

Sad how the employee behind the counter treated a customer in your Silverthorne Colorado post office. He not only was rude but said he didn't care what the postal policies were. He only wanted the customer to leave because he was filming, which by the way, ruled on by the U.S. Supreme Court, is totally legal in a public place.

I just witnessed a violation of a U.S. American citizen in your Silverthorne post office do a Constitutionally protected activity and because your counter person know his Post office rules. He calls the Silverthorne Police Department and a Sheriff who don't know the law of a federal building and read the law that's on the wall of the Post Office and still violate his Constitutional Rights. I think before anything is done, A "I Know the Rules of Being a Postal Employee!" class should be done here and you should invite the police department as well. I am going to file a complaint and recommend others to do as well with www.usps.gov or call 1-800-ASKUSPS.

Wow I am from NZ so am unlikely to use this branch of UPS. What I am likely to do is direct everyone of my WWW friends to view the video of the disgraceful treatment of a citizen (freely?) exercising their rights. Why are Coloradians so uptight and antiConstitution?

Disgraceful how your employee escalated a situation. Clearly an ego situation and failure to educate a public employee properly. You are VERY lucky no one was hurt.

You should be ashamed of the way you treat citizens.

If you want the employees to talk shit to you while you wait to pick up your package, this is the post office for you! Every visit I leave more shocked and offended by the service here.

Attempted to contact postmaster Findley at both locations Dillon & Silverthorne left 2 messages. I requested one employee at Dillion post office to call Findley and ask him to call me.......No luck it seems either the messages from the employees do not get to Findley, or Findley has poor communication skills.

Can't stand having to drive 12 miles to get my mail. My tax dollars pay for home delivery in 99% of the country, but can't seem to afford it here. The incompetent political-social society in summit county sucks. I leave the box for weeks at a time and it fills with endless junk from realtors. These people stop at nothing to slither their way into everything that goes on here. When you turn over a rock there's a realtor trying to sell a condo to the insects there with them.

I realized an item I ordered was being shipped usps and I had mistakenly placed my home address instead of my PO Box. I called the 800 number and tried to have them add my po box. They stated they could not and offered to place me in the system to recieve a text when my package arrived. Well I never received an arrival text. I received an insufficient address text after 5pm when they were already closed! I went this morning when they opened and they had already sent my package back. Apparently the text I received was when they were sending my package back. Incompetent, unhelpful, and horrible service. I dread going to the post office in Summit County. Why isn't there door to door delivery here yet? Get with the times!
