Why is it so difficult to let the world know they take a lunch break and lock the doors?!? It’s beyond frustrating to drive all the way to this post office in the middle of a work day just to find out they are closed for freaking lunch. Even with the Colorado population explosion, there just doesn’t seem to be enough people to run this place. Notice they only have 2 stars in their review section. Maybe the workers at this office SHOULD be able to see this review! Very frustrated….WTF 🤬

I've lived in Pine for 16 years and every year we have issues with packages that are stolen and misplaced. Our mailboxes are not secure. The mail carrier thinks it's appropriate to leave packages on top of the mail box, which is NOT OK !! We've had so many things lost this way...it's just pure laziness on the mail carriers part. They can't take a minute to fill in an attempted delivery form ? The staff at the front court terms are nicer than previous years, thank God! Caroline, the short postmaster that was there before, was something else ! I'm glad they have better counter staff but they need to improve the mail carriers !

Worst ever. They lie about "attempting" to deliver packages, not fooling us my wife is a stay at home Mom. Give us the neighbors letters and vice versa. I complained once, response was "well its a hard job" wah wah. Everyone has a hard job. God d@mn shame the postal workers don't read comments as stated above you might get the point then. From me and everyone else up there "I bet you can't ?!#$ it up worse"

I've had nothing but trouble with the same lady mentioned in the previous comment! I never receive any of my mail sent to my residential address in addition to my PO Box. I've had packages lost over and over and she just acts smug, she is not helpful at all. This is the third time I've dealt with this and every single time she claims I'm not registered at my physical address, really?! That's funny because my PO Box application has the address in it, I've lived here several years and I've been through this with her several times and she can't just try to be helpful but just wants to do nothing but cause problems and act very rude! I've lived in Pine for over 15 years and this post office is a joke! The only stressful part of living in this beautiful area, and great community is the post office! I don't see how this lady still has her job. I think it's time that I start filing complaints on her!

I usually go to the post office in Bailey but the other day I decided to use the post office in Pine instead. The head lady there with the short brown hair could not have been ANY ruder to me. My packages were labeled, weighed and already paid for so I was dropping them off. She proceeded to tell me that they were all wrong. I said I always send them in these packages. Priority label in a post office priority package. She would not take any of the packages so I said I would go somewhere else. I was annoyed but not rude or angry at all. I did not even raise my voice in the slightest. I just took my packages and turned and started to walk away. The short brown haired lady decided to let loose on me and started YELLING at me as I walked out the door. YELLING fine go somewhere else and steal from someone else. Of course in front of a line of waiting people. I did not even turn around, and she kept yelling at me as I walked out the door. She has to be the rudest customer service person I have EVER encountered, and clearly, she hates her job. So, I took my packages to Bailey and Jack scanned them, looked them over and said Thank you! I will NEVER enter the doors of the Bailey post office again as long as that Witch is there. I had been at the Pine post office the week before with similar packages, and an older grey haired lady was amiable, scanned my packages looked them over and said thank you. People like the brown haired lady is exactly why the post office gets a bad rap. She is HORRIBLE, and a miserable person!
