Absolutely garbage. Put an actual number for your office online. I had a package delivered to my house but it was held at the post office. Online it said I had requested this! Which I did not! And I need to be able to ask if someone else can pick it up for me as I am not around to get it myself!

Lots of times I get mail that’s someone’s down the street. It’s not consistently delivered properly .. I feel it’s unsafe and reliable To send mail threw this post office

Penrose post office is a joke, well one person actually, Sue, saying my package was dropped off but I didn't receive ANYTHING, her answers for what could have happened were:
1)some one got in my box(after two and a half years never has happened, but my mail from that day was still in there.. I got all my bills and a card WITH MONEY)
2) It must have grown legs and walked away. Are you f***ing kidding me?!?!
I have gotten stuff for other people at my address that wasn't mine so I took it in, changes are they delivered it to the wrong house and no one brought it in... Smh at the dishonest people even worse when it's a business
