After reading reviews regarding previous experiences, I was nervous about how my passport appointment might go. Those fears were quickly put to rest by Toni, who was friendly, answered all questions, as well as process all paperwork and payments quickly. Very happy with how the process went.

I was EXTREMELY disappointing on a visit to the Larkspur Post Office zip 80118 to find the agent NOT wearing a mask and waiting on people and not staying behind the plexiglass - this was a RED FLAG for spreading the covid 19 virus - I WONT BE GOING BACK FOR A LONG WHILE !! This might be a legal violation in Colorado?

I am so tired of these incompetent people. I've been calling for an hour to check on 2 late deliveries (who would've thunk?) but they will not answer there phone. Where are my packages?

This place is as bad as it can be. they don't answer their phone, constantly late on deliveries with some BS excuse. Been having to deal with them of 18 years.

I sent a large priority package from Tx to Larkspur, Co this previous Tues with est arrival on Fri. It did not arrive. Tracking # shows it was delivered on Sat. But it was not delivered. Talked to Post Master at Larkspur who said mailcarrier claims he delivered it Mon. (then why post that it was Sat.?) My family was home and it was not delivered. They saw the mailcarrier who did not even leave his truck. Called Post Master again and was told he put by it by the garage. It is not there. Called Post Master again and was told she did not have time for me! This after being told not to get worked up about this situation! These were gifts for my grandchildren. I paid fir priority shipping and have nothing to show for it. My local Post Office is atonished that this is how things are run at this Co. Post Office. And I am extremely frustrated and agitated that my concerns where not dealt with in a timely manner. Is it not fraudulent to scan a package and say it was delivered one day, when they NOW claim it was today? My hopes of locating my grandchildren's gifts dwindle with each passing moment as my kids have talked to their neighbors and looked all over the outside of their home. I doubt I will receive any help from this Post Master who literally hung up on me. But I will complain and keep complaining until they find out who dropped the ball!!!!

We are moving planning a move. If we lived on Estates Circle in Larkspur, would we use a P O box at the Larkspur P O, or is mail delivered to Estates Circle?
