The Costumer service is the worst I'm experience. The Lady put you in hold and never pick up again. What do I need to show the timer going on the phone. Did she leave earlier than normal?

These people need to communicate. Had to leave town for 3 months to care for my invalid mother and went to the branch post office in Hartsel explained my situation and was told by the staff member that I could put my mail on hold for 30 days and then mail in another card for an additional 30 days. I did as instructed only to get a snotty voice mail from Sandra that my mail has been sent back because this is not allowed. Then maybe your staff shouldn't be instructing the public this way. I'm 1,000 miles away and can't di anything at this point to fix it. Pissed beyond belief at the incompetence.
