New to the area.... I guess we don't get our mail delivered? I spent extra money to have something I NEED by Sunday, arrive on Saturday only to have the post office place it in a box with no one to open it till Monday morning? How does this work?

Shirley is spectacular!! She is so friendly and helpful, I had 100 Bronco schedules to mail, each one needed an additional 15 cent stamp added, so in between helping other folks, she helped me with the adding stamps! Way above and beyond my expectations! She deserves a raise, or at least an "Atta Girl" Thanks Shirley! Your smile and kindness meant a lot to me!

We have lived in several different places in the US and the Firestone Post Office is our favorite Post Office ever! We have never observed any of the employees to be rude to us or to anyone else that they may be attending. They are fine, very helpful, and very capable folks. I have seen them be treated with less than the respect they deserve, yet they always respond kindly and patiently.

Although this post office is convenient and close to home, I dread going there. The woman at the desk has been more than rude and unpleasant the few times I've been there. I'll avoid this location from here forward.

The lady that helps run it is very very RUDE and is on a major power trip. She need some customer service classes.

I live in Neighbor's Point in Firestone. My mail was delivered to my neighbor's box on Friday 2/24/17. I have received other neighbor's mail in my mail slot. Please be more careful in delivering the mail to the appropriate mail slot in our mail boxes. Thank you.
