I went into this particular post office today because my husband said the lines are shorter and they're so nice. Guess I'm the wrong sex. When I came in there were no customers and no one behind the desk. Before the clerk came out there were 4 other customers. I was standing at the counter. So I said "hello" so she would know we were there. Must have pissed her off. I said I needed 100 stamps. She said roll or sheet and pointed at a sign. I said I would take a sheet of the flags. Very sarcastically she said, "that's a ROLL". OK. I'll take the roll. Then she had the nerve to say, "For your information the line starts there. Remember that for the future." WOW!! Next time I'll wait in line somewhere else. But she was very pleasant to the next customer who happens to be a man. What a b****. Medium length dark brown hair. Wish I would have got her name. Leave the PMS at home.

The woman working in the office (very short dark hair and wore glasses, I didn't catch her name) was extremely rude and condescending to me. My friend had accidentally given me the wrong address. When I tried to correct the address the clerk was unwilling to help and said I got the zip code wrong anyways. I offered to take the package back so I could correct the address and return later. While I was paying for another package, I accidentally took my card out of the card reader early. Her response was "Is there a reason you took your card out...alright well then let's just start from the beginning again" in a very harsh tone that made me feel like a complete nuisance. She acted as if I was wasting her time when I was the only one in the office. She clearly was not busy, and the entire interaction lasted less than 5 minutes. I couldn't believe that she had spoken to me that way, but then remembered that this was not the first time that she has done this. I also remember the same woman being extremely rude to another customer when I was at the office previously.

Well, I’ve been going to this location for nearly 20 years now. Until recently, I’ve had no trouble, and the staff has been friendly. No more. The main clerk at this location is rude and condescending. She refuses packages regularly (every-single-time). I tried to ship a package back to a manufacturer in the same exact packaging I received it (but new), and she just outright refused it. This was using a pre paid priority 1-day label, and a flat rate envelope. She’s just extremely rude in the way she handles it, and seems to benefit from condescending behavior.

I brought a package from work holding some samples for a client. I tried to use a business credit card, one with the name of the company and the owners name... The same name on the package. The clerk wouldn't let me. She said that the owner would have to use it herself. Annoyed, I decided that I would just put it on my personal card. The clerk said she wouldn't accept any card that wasn't signed, which admittedly, mine was not. In fact none of mine were. She asked if I had cash or a debit card with PIN. I did. I used it. I left feeling like I had done something wrong. The clerk was pretty snarky during the whole transaction. I don't think I've ever been treated like that... All for a $6.50 package. Like I am some criminal mastermind that stole a business credit card and used it to send that business's mail. Brilliant. I would've gotten away with it too if it hadn't been for that pesky clerk! She was difficult for no reason.

That manager there has always been rude and has even returned my mail! I've called and complained about her service. She shouldn't be allowed to work there as her customer service skills SUCK and she's useless. She is exactly like what the previous customer said, the rudest thing on the planet. The manager prior to her was much nicer and cared about the customers unlike this thing. I can't call her a human being with the way she acts. Wild animals are much nicer than this manager. How she got her job is beyond me as she needs to learn some serious skills on how to talk to customers, speak KINDLY to them - we aren't beneath you - and we help pay your salary and keep that PO open! Maybe they need to shut that one down since the people who work there are so rude. Michael who is a courtesy clerk there is a 1,000 times better at customer service than that thing who is the manager. They should promote him to manager and get rid of her!!!

Don't come here if you're expecting ANY help from the manager that works there! She is useless and will do ANYTHING to NOT help you!!! USPS misplaced my package and it finally turned up back at my house more than a week after it was supposed to be delivered. When I went to this post office to get some help, after calling customer service several times, she did nothing to fix the situation or offer me any assistance! In fact, she told me to never listen to the USPS customer service because apparently "they know nothing". The face of the company (customer service) doesn't know anything and can't help me??! Pathetic! When I told her this package was supposed to arrive over a week ago and what she would do to fix it, all she would do was reaccept it into the system. Didn't do anything to help me, speed it along, or make the situation better. I've never met a more rude or unhelpful person who works in customer service and is the manager. Very disappointing!!
