This is not a review, merely a question and hoping I get a reliable response. How should one send a letter to an individual without a residence in Denver. It used to be that one could send mail via general delivery and the addressee was able to pick up at post office. Anyone with answer?

These people will not answer their phone!!!! Horrible service. We have called repeatedly over the past two weeks to find out what happened to keys that we paid for and that they promised to mail to us a month ago and they simply do not pick up the phone. Sometimes someone there even has the gall to pick up the receiver and immediately put it back down to cut off the phone. Is there any higher authority one could complain too??? This is awful non-service.

I showed up at 3:05 p.m. for a passport photo. One worker saw the paperwork in my hand, asked if I was there for passport services and directed me to proceed to the far end of the counter. Before I could even move, two other workers quickly stepped in and told me that passport services closed at 3 p.m.; even though the website, here, says 4 p.m. When I responded that the website showed 4 p.m., one of the two that had stepped in, told me that it closed at 4 p.m. and dismissed me by asking the person behind me, how he could help him. That seemed unkind and uncaring. Fortunately, another worker engaged me, gave me a sheet showing passport hours for USPS offices (by the way, the sheet showed 3 p.m. and not 4 p.m., like this website) and discussed options with me. Although, I was not able to get my passport photo, which is all I needed, I did not walk out feeling as upset and disregarded as I would have, based on the behavior of the dismissive worker. I recommend updating the website to show the correct hours for passport services and keeping a focus on customer service.
