Lately I have been receiving mail and packages that are not mine. It used to be an occasional occurrence and we would drop it off at the correct address. This has become a regular occurrence (two packages and at least two mail items this month) which is getting irritating. Sometimes the wrong number but correct street... sometimes the right number and the wrong street... please do better!

The Substitute driver of our route was very obnoxious, extremely late, and left mail in our box that there are instructions not to do and got nasty with me when I asked if he had the key to check our box that he just put mail in as there was mail in there to be picked up. We had to put the flag down and take our other mail in due to his lateness. I walked out to hand him the mail that was in our tote and see if he had checked our box before stuffing the mail in there, and asked him if he had the key. He refused to check our mail and told me that since I got insistent with him and told him the carrier is supposed to have a key and he said no you have the key.He said he could deliver the mail anytime he wanted and the he can put it in any US Mail box that our requests and the key basically didn't matter to him. This person should not be dealing with the public and should have his attitude checked. We know the regular person is gone but you should have some notes in place for your substitutes to follow through with what they are supposed to do, the requests our company has made have been in place for years. Here is a refresher, no mail left in the box after 5:00pm, No Mail left in the box on Saturdays. The Hibbard Scout Shop a separate entity and their mail got to them not Pikes Peak Council. Our Mail should not be left at the Hibbard Scout shop for any reason. I would like to hear from the Post Master regarding this incident, the requests we have had in place for years and what will be done if anything about this man. Sincerely, Catherine Walsh

This PO is poorly run. It is posted that the P.O. Box access is suppose to go till 6:15pm M-F. And Sat. 6am to 6pm. That is HORSE MANURE! I have come on Sat afternoons for my po box mail, and the door is always locked. Today I went to get my box mail at 4:25pm and the door was locked. I drove a lot of miles to get there. Very perturbed. And if this PO is having financial difficulties, I can see why! Lousy, lousy management! Somebody needs to get fired!!!!!!!!!!!!
