I've lived at my current address for over seven years. Never a problem getting my mail delivered. It's a residential street and everyone parts on the street, not many driveways. Today I come home and there is a note on a piece of my mail that says, please don't block the mailbox. Seriously, where would you like for me to park? And why after seven plus years is it now a problem? I want to know.

I recently requested a address change after paying a dollar I was assured that my mail would be forwarded a couple of days latter I found a piece of paper in my mail box asking the names of the people that the mail would be forwarded to I wrote them down and put it back in the mail box for the post person to pick-up. a couple of days latter I had several people calling saying that they had received their letters back with a big yellow sticker that says forward mail to my new address and the new address on the sticker I'm not sure but is not the reason of putting a change of address in is for the post person can deliver it to the new address? or is it standard policy to send it back to the sender so they have to put more postage on it and send it again? sounds to me like someone dose not want to do their job! I'll find out Monday I plan on calling the post master!

Is there a reason some of your employees are so surly and rude? I went in around 2:30 today and was waited on by a gentleman about 50, short graying hair and a little chubby an he was so surly he ruined my good mood. It was not Erik, he was very sweet, but the other guy obviously need an attitude adjustment or should not be working the front desk with access to the public.

Wanted to ship a package and was short on tape. No big deal right ...wrong! Had to purchase a $3.50 roll of tape for about an 8 inch piece of tape. I should have just walked out and went to the Dollar Store but was in a hurry. That's how they get you. What ever it takes to recoup the BILLIONS they lose yearly I guess.
