I've misplaced or lost the key to my cluster mailbox. I called the number listed above (303-637-0826) to ask my Post Office what I need to do to get a new key. The call was answered by an automated attendant who thanked me for calling and told me I would be transferred to an operator. From there, the phone just rang, and rang, and rang - then disconnected me. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr! Why is there a phone number listed to call when there is no one answering calls?????

Well from reading the comments below I guess it is proof that the post master doesn't care what the delivery people do. We have had several items stolen from our mail here at Todd Creek and the mail men/women still leave our packages out at the street under the mail box even in the snow. My item was ruined because it got wet. They are too lazy to drive up to the house to deliver. They are getting paid too much for a lousy job of service. We need to make it known because of all the people out of a job that would do a better job then they are with out a question.

Very unhappy that too many packages are being crammed into my mailbox. I tried to get one of them out and even after ripping the box and packaging it’s still stuck in my mailbox. Hopefully not ruined. 😡

I have problems receiving my mail all the time in the last year have called the Brighton post office on 4th four times nothing has been done to try to correct the issue. They just raged me as crazy! What is crazy is that the show my personal checks as delivered twice to me according to them but I never received them. After 6or 7 weeks the magically appear in the Amazon Hub. My tags were never received for my vehicle and had to jump through hoops to get new ones. My medical insurance cards were delivered to another apartment when the address clearly has my apartment number on it luckily the tenant walked over and gave them to me. The latest and greatest is my 14 year old sons birthday gift they claim was delivered at 10 yesterday and there is nothing there 400 dollars and nothing. THATS CRAZY

I have a package that was shipped to this location about a week ago, the package information is telling me that this post office is still awaiting acceptance into the office. This means that it has been sitting there for a week waiting for some to scan it and get it on a truck. The turnaround is a week and that's unacceptable. Hopefully I get my package in the next week or so.

Individual suffering from multiple diagnoses and disabilities I've had I really horrible experience over the past two years with the post office resulting in complaint after complaint there's been one individual who has proceeded to assist me with never so much as a complaint never questioning never throwing rules at me and regulations of her name is Roberta she simply checks to see if I have mail before it was always a hassle to try to get any help and I don't mean that in a negative way people were busy there was a lot going on but still I somehow got overlooked the problems never been corrected but it helps me because this individual Roberta at the Brighton Creek Post office has went above and beyond as far as compassion and you can hear it in her voice when she tries to get what she needs to get done at the request of whoever is asking sometimes that's all it takes my name is Elaine Smith thank you Roberta you not only helped me by being Who You Are but you also help me because it saved me multiple trips down there which is a huge problem for me because I'm disabled finding a ride is impossible so thank you no matter what people like you make people like me not want to give up

I changed my address in July and have yet to receive any mail to my new address. Contacting the local post office is near impossible by phone and each time I have actually been able to talk with someone they provide a vague answer. They tell me everything is good on their end and they just can't figure out what is happening. NOT a correct answer...figure it out!

The postal carrier for Todd Creek is in the habit of leaving packages under the mailbox on the street or on top of the mailbox on the street. I stopped her once and told her that it was not acceptable. She apologized and made excuses because she was afraid I was going to report her. I didn't but now I wish I did. She did it again. I took a picture.

In the days of Bedrock when the Brighton Post Office first opened there has been little change. Given the growth and expansion being serviced (or lack of) it is time to clean house and rebuild a user friendly Post Office serving the Brighton and outlying townships.

Since Brighton is so huge, will we ever get more than one location? By the way, our postal carrier is amazing. (Central Ave)and I feel so bad for the employees walking at 8-9pm with flashlights 🔦 on their heads delivering. I appreciate the hard work, and ALL my packages are delivered perfect! Thank you to the employees.

The postal carrier who delivers to Brighton Crossing to the northeast of King Sooners, drives up on my lawn so that he doesn't have to get out of the vehicle to deliver our mail into our mailbox. He does it in front of me. What happened to Mr Larry?

Received a package today in the locked parcel box. It was crammed in so tight I had to go back home and get a tool. I had to tear the box completely apart to get the contents out. It would have to have been apparent to the delivery person that the box could not be removed in one piece. I don’t know what he/she was thinking!

Had my business closed for the last 10 days, I called the Brighton post office to see how to get my mail , the nice lady offered to meet me at the store in 10 minutes and placed it into the back of my suburban. Very nice Job “Crissy . Let’s thank all the good postal workers for the job they have to do in these trying times. The Bait n Bullet Shop

This Post Office is terrible !! packages are frequently not delivered correctly. I constantly get other peoples' mail. Post office never answers the phone. What a joke ! I've only seen a lack of self respect from retail minimum wage workers to this degree.

I have ben waiting for an important package to arrive and the USPS Tracking said it was delivered to a locker box, I am assuming the larger box within our collective mailboxes. I had no key and no package. I tried to call the post office as they were not supposed to close for another 30 minutes but no one answered and now I have no idea what to do. My only hope is that someone gets my package and brings it to me from the neighborhood. After reading other reviews it seems like this is nothing new. My carrier has always done a good job but maybe there was a sub today or something. I guess we are at their mercy and there is nothing we can do about it.

My neighbor brings me my mail they receive in their mailbox continuously. We have a lawsuit going on right now and received a call last week they have mailed several letters to the “correct” address but we have not received any letters. We are now resorting to finding a way to contact the postal inspectors, this is ridiculous, it’s been going on now for over two years. Brighton PO cannot get it together and so many of us are tired of it. Mail lost or is it a carrier throwing it away? Mail delivered to wrong address. Packages missing... the list goes on. When there is a Sub carrier no mail or only flyers. It’s time this post office needs looking into. Tired of the fight....

I’m always missing mail and packages and they cannot help me! I am beyond ferrous! My tracking said it got delivered in my mail box but I never received a key for my packages. This is the 3rd time I’m missing mail.. the last time it was a check. Every time I call the local post office, they tell me to call back or they try to tell me that my package will show up or that the carrier probably made a mistake and there is nothing they can do. They are not trying to help! The employees are not doing their job!!!

The last few days the mail delivery has been totally awful. We know there was no mail sevice Sat. but there should have been Mon. We did not receive mail. It is now Tues at 7:30 pm and no mail. I find it hard to believe we did not receive any mail on monday. In the last ten years there has only been two days we didn't receive something.

Well, the Brighton post office is making it easier for packages to be stolen in the Todd Creek area. Like many people, I order from Amazon. This package along with another one are birthday presents for my husband. I received a notice that my package was delivered, usually it is in the mailbox with my mail. My older daughters 27 and 23 went out to get it for me, no package. They looked all around. Sometimes it is dumped in the middle of the driveway. No package anywhere. They even double checked. I called the post office in Brighton, as they were calling the carrier about it I found the package laying on the ground next to the street. It was not there when my daughters checked so they came back to deliver it. I should have taken a picture of the package on the ground but didn't. The woman came back on the phone and said it was their policy now that if your package does not fit in the mailbox it will be laying on the ground next to the mailbox. We have had so many issues here. All my other packages have at least made it in the driveway- middle of the driveway but in the driveway. Now it is laying next to the street. Mail delivery issues have become a hot topic in Todd Creek under the Next Door app. I am sure you can't do anything but this is terrible. Anyone could have come and picked it up off of the ground along the street. Luckily, I was home and my daughters because my sister passed away this morning. Is this type of delivery becoming the norm everywhere? If so, the public should be notified so we can be prepared. Sad days.

Our service through this post office is horrible! Many of our neighbors have had problems, but recently so have we. We went on vacation for two weeks and had our mail stopped. It was not delivered until a few days AFTER our restart date. Also, we receive a package of three magazines each month. They come in the same clear, plastic package/envelope. Last week we received our September magazine, but we only received one of the three. And it wasn't in it's packaging....it was just one magazine. The others must have been damaged so our mail carrier or someone at the post office must have decided to just get rid of the damaged magazines, or "pretend" like nothing happened and hoped we wouldn't notice that two of our magazines were missing?! Please do your job correctly!

Horrible service. Mail is rarely delivered before 7:00 PM, if at all. When they do bother to deliver, most of the time the carrier doesn't close the mailbox, so when I do get my mail in the morning, it is either wet or blown all over the yard. Carrier refuses to take out-going mail when the flag is up, claims he doesn't have to stop unless there is mail to be delivered. The VA has better service, and they let their clients die in the wait line....

This place is the worst. The worst. My mail has been lost. I receive mail that's not mine. Up until I had to have the mail box lock repaired, that is. It's been over a month, and it's yet to be replaced. So not only am I not receiving my mail... but when I go to the office to inquire about the status of the repair, they have the audacity to treat me like crap, as if this is my fault. But sure, they were more than willing to take my money last month. It's so sad, to see such low standards in customer service. Simply said, they just don't care.

I just moved to Brighton and have already had a problem. I was expecting a package yesterday--was supposed to be delivered by 8:00 p.m., and all day it said it was out for delivery. The mail person didn't deliver mail until well after 9:00 p.m., and there was no package. When you pay extra to have a package delivered when you need it, it should arrive when promised--particularly if it is something you need for health reasons, which this is. The tracking now says "Delivered, To Agent." What the heck does that mean? Who is "Agent???" And, why is the mail being delivered so late? I tried to call the post office, but they don't answer! This is unbelievable! Why is this tolerated? I see all of these complaints, but it says postal employees don't read these. So what is the purpose?

Worst postal service ever! Multiple times has refused to deliver my mail for "blocking" my mail box, well unfortunately I am not blocking my mail boxes, I understand you people are lazy and are pissed off that people park in front of their houses and that means from time to time you can't pull straight up to my mail box and lean out your truck door to stick my mail directly in the box without having to get out, but seriously get over yourselves! You have stolen right out of my holiday packages before, you have continued to deliver my mail to the wrong house, or even today for example because your mail carrier had to get out of her truck didn't deliver a package that I know was coming with the mail today. I track all of my USPS packages, so where is my package USPS? Stop STEALING MY MAIL and don't put notices on vehicles that aren't blocking anything! I will continue to bash thia service until something changes!

Very later if at all delivery and bar none in my 58 years this has been the worst mail service hands down. If they are running for an award as the worst USPS post office they win.

I don't understand why this particular USPS is not competent in delivering mail and packages. The inconvenience of tracking down packages and returning mail to the correct owner happens so often it is actually alarming. How hard is it to accurately deliver mail to the correct mailbox? It is a joke throughout our neighborhood about how bad mail delivery is--but at some point it would be nice to think that the USPS would actually do something about it. Do your job, please!
