Why can’t I email my local post office? Boulder offices have no email addresses listed anywhere. All businesses and most government offices have an email address, but the USPS seems to be hiding! Even the national USPS has no complaint process.

Any one else have this problem? Your address is in Boulder. Your package arrives at the Boulder Distribution center from Denver. But the next day the package get's sent back to the Denver Distribution Center only for to it to be sent back to Boulder. So it adds days to your actual package being delivered IN BOULDER? In the past months, this has happened EVERY TIME! Why does this always happen? And when you try to talk to a customer service rep, the phone just rings and rings and rings, then gives you a busy signal!

After paying for priority, my package has still not been delivered to a business 2 blocks away from the Boulder City post office 8 days later because they continue to try to deliver after closing hours. I have spoken to them twice with their promise to deliver each day and they gave not kept that promise. Thanks to them my surprise birthday package to my daughter’s work will not get to her in time! Terrible work ethic!!!!

I just called the post office in Boulder and got right through. Black Friday, November 2019. I asked a couple of questions which were answered promptly and kindly. I was happy with the customer service and thanked them.

Same as all the other reviews, tried to call for 5 hours, rings forever and then disconnected! The postal person left our apartment mailbox unlocked with doors hanging open over night and all the next day!my package was days late and then not delivered, it was NOT left on the porch, I checked seconds after the truck drove away.

I have dialed your Boulder, CO published phone number for the main post office 5 times over the past 15 minutes. The message each time is that my "call will be answered by the next available employee"; however, after multiple rings, it goes to a busy signal. I am trying to contact an employee there to let him know the emergency status of his hospitalized partner. How can I reach that post office? Please call me ASAP at 303-775-1930.

Why won't your answers the phone. The mail person left a passage in the mail box but the key they put in my mail box is broken and I can't get my package! I need a key that isn't broken. Please help me get a unbroken key, sp I can get my package. Thank you

Every time I go here there is a huge line and only one or two people working who are usually rude. I asked if there were more priority leg boxes and employee stated I don't know! I think she forgot she works there no wonder people rather use alternative options for mailing. Customer service is horrible!!!!!!!!!!

We have a new postal carrier serving the 400 and 500 blocks of Marine Street. We really like her and we all would like her to be permanently stationed so she can continue to serve our neighborhood. Please put her on permanent appointment.
