They have employees there that open packages and take what they want to then close it back up and send it off or in my case just take the whole package Even though it had tamper evidence tape on it So it never made it out their doors and tracking never updated because it’s not even there one of their criminal Background employees took it so this is what happens when you hire people with criminal background as they have been doing terrible terrible terrible they should be shut down and that is actually my goal as well as a few other people who are rallying together with to get as many types of post office is like this shut down

These people are useless. I moved away years ago and after moving back they're still just as terrible. Like everyone else says, they NEVER answer the phone. The staff is rude and just incompetent. The lady putting in the information in the computer actually told me she can't look at my slip because "She didn't have her reading glasses on." Her job is to read information and put it into the computer. Then you have some lady who barely seems like she knows where she's at rudely helping customers. They need a completely new staff. Now I have them saying a full on push broom was "left inside the mailbox" when I got nothing.

On Friday May 21, 2021 I visited the Yucaipa post office at about10:45am, waited only 5 minutes in line to buy stamps. The lady who waited on me was unfriendly. I asked to buy only 7 Forever stamps. Normally, the clerk will pull individual stamps out of a drawer and let me choose the style. But this lady said, “ I only have one type of stamp to choose from.” So, instead, I chose to buy a book of forever stamps. I tried to pay with a $20 bill, but she said,“ I can not accept cash because we don’t keep enough change to break a $20 bill.” I paid for the stamps with an atm card, then went to Vons to buy something just to break my $20 bill. I decided not to buy stamps at that post office again, because this was not the first time the cashiers refused to accept a $20 bill for a transaction. That is so irritating. Karen

Wow, I use to have mail stolen from my box when it was just a regular mailbox with no key, now we have locked boxes and someone still has been managing to open my mail, in a locked box?!?! WTH? Personal information, appt schedules, and letters from my doctors office are sitting opened in my locked box and the only person with the key is your mailman (Yucaipa postal mailman).

If there was management I would rate them a zero. Putting mail on hold is a joke. They can't find it or do it, one or the other. Try calling them. It rings twenty or thirty times, then disconnects. I redialed five times so the total of unanswered rings was well over a hundred.

Been using this P.O. for 25 years. I had many positive experiences. Tellers very helpful, management as helpful as they can be, just limited to what they can do.

This place sucks!! All the workers are rude and unhelpful! The same thing happened to me as the below customer. They lost my package then when they did find it they had it sent to the shredding facility in stead of to there Yucaipa hub. They gave me some BS about there's nothing they can do and just brushed me off. They probable should have gone under. We would get way better service with someone else.
