Driver zoomed by not caring about his speed on W. Main and Anderson where the new construction homes are at. This is the second time I've called in and nothing happens. Called in spoke so someone names Amanda or Amy not sure, she was disrespectful, had attitude refused to help and eventually hung up in me because she didn't want to take a report. Winters post office is pathetic. I hope someone teaches these people how to deal with the public
