I am so tired of getting notifications that things were delivered on my porch and they’re not actually showing up. And then when I try to call and complain that I never got my packages, nobody ever answers the phones! What the heck is up with the post office lately? There’s absolutely zero customer service and zero responsibility for our delivery person dropping off our packages at the wrong house!

USPS delivered an Amazon package to me today, June 15, 2022. My mailbox has a 6 inch opening. The package was brown paper envelope 14 x 17 3/4 inches. Inside was a tin sign 8 x 11 1/2 inches. The delivery person folded the package in half and stuffed it in. I was able to almost flatten the tin sign, but it has a crease down the length. I intended to give as a gift, but it now looks like something I found on the street. Please tell you delvery people to be more careful! I have also complained to Amazon. I don't want a replacement or a return. Just better delivery service!

Please teach your mail delivery people to close the mailboxes after they leave the mail, especially when they are delivering in the rain.

really? The window clerk would not accept a license as proof of an address? Really? required my wife to drive home to get a forgotten 'notice left' slip? really? Are addresses really this confusing?

I have made several complaints over the years and get no where. Our mail is constantly delivered to the wrong address. Further I will be contacting fedex who now ships with USPS on weekends, now have 2 large packages missing.

My mail is all soggy from the rain. The mail boxes at the corner of Gabrielle drive and Amie Dr. need seals. Important mails and expensive journals are being ruined by the water.

Windsor has the MOST uncooperative and lazy employees. Windsor plowed the wrong side of street. I cleaned a path to the mailbox and haven't received any mail since the snow started. I work all day and don't get home before your closed. How can I get my mail cause I need it. there are checks bills and a package that I need to get from you. I can't shovel the entire side of my street. But I'm sure a the mail lady can walk 3 steps to put my mail in the box. I just talked to her and she said
" Don't Get Me Started" I want a manager to call me ASAP. 4437912245

I just tired calling and received a busy signal. Then I saw your comment, so I won't bother calling and just go in! Thanks!
