I stood in line for 10 minutes waiting for the next available teller. When I got to the counter I was told I would need to speak to a supervisor. I was talking with him about a package containing live animals that they claimed had been attempted for delivery and a notice left, neither was true. A spanish speaking woman walked up and started speaking with him (in spanish) I waited about 2 mins and then told her to get back in line and wait her turn. the supervisor stated that he had to deal with every customer (apparantly not one at a time but all at once. When I protested I was kicked out and the police called. My animals are surely dead and they claim absolutely no responsibility. As an added note I was told that next time I should pay for the overnight express delivery option. I DID pay for that option.
The mail man who delivers mail at the plaza at Amar and Azusa (91792) is so lazy, instead of delivering mails to the office when mailbox is full or bigger package, he just put all the mails on top where other people can just take it. One of my mails he just didn't deliver it to our office when mailbox is full which is just right next to it. One time the mailman left us boxes to fill our mailing and promised to come back next day but never came for 2 days until we have to chase him. Very unorganize worker and unreliable and couldn't trust with our mails that are very important and has sensitive information.
Sounds like our mail person. Looking for a number to actually speak to a human being and complain. My parents are both disabled, last week I came home to find large packages including my parents medication from Caremart sitting on top of our mail box on the ground next to our mail box (btw did I mention our mailbox is on the street?) Yesterday we had a Sunday delivery that we weren't expecting and our neighbor brought it up to the house because it was sitting on top of our mailbox in the rain. At least once a week we get mail delivered for another house, makes us wonder who is getting our mail. One week I wrote delivered to wrong address on mail, stuck it in the outgoing mailbox and that night found half of the mail re-delivered to us... We got the other half the next day plus two extra pieces. Talk about lazy and incompetent. Maybe this is the new policy for the USPS, not only are they considered slow (snail mail), now they expect their customers to say a prayer every day that their mail will even be delivered at all. "USPS Delivering Your Mail on a Hope and a Prayer. If you don't like it...Tuff! There's always FedEx or UPS or Electronic Mail. We're working everyday to make ourselves obsolete."
