Red flag on mailbox was put up Tuesday morning after mail came. Mail person drove right by the mailbox without looking. I hope we don’t have a problem delivering the mail. Thank you for taking a look into this.

I have been having issues with packages not being delivered to my mailbox when tracking information shows it was left in the mailbox. it happened a few times during the holidays and most recently this week

I ordered an item for my wife the tracking said it was delivered to out box but no key for it. I call our local post office and they said they would said the mail person out to give us the item and no one showed up I waited 3 hours and still nothing I have been calling everyday for them to give me my money back for the item they gave to someone else

A parcel from Beauty Counter was delivered to our mail boxes ( on Sidney St ) on June 25, according to the shipping confirmation and tracking service. I never received that package. I did get someones key in my box and hand delivered that pkg to them across the street.
I live at 6636 Logan Ave. The value of the contents is in the hundreds of dollars. According to neighbors in the Lennar Pinnacle neighborhood this happens too often. What will the post office do about this I want to know?

Our curb side mail drop was vandalized over 4 weeks ago. Per person at the post office said it would be several weeks before replacement. Until replaced, we were told mail will not be delivered to the office, even though other businesses on the block get theirs delivered. We have to go to the post office other side of town. this is an extreme hardship. I am a small business, leaving in middle of business is hard. I do it once a week. this has put an extreme hardship. Please advise as to when we can have our mail delivered.
