I am amazed that for less than fifty cents I can send a letter to someone 3,000 miles away and they get it in two days. The USPS consistently does this for all of us and millions of times. Thank you USPS - we’re fortunate and you rock!
Our carrier was afraid of a 5lb chowawa so he pulls out his camera wtf. If I'm afraid of a loose dog im gonna hit it with my dog spray n then maybe I'm calm enough to photograph the dog. So my mail wasn't delivered for 3 days cause of a Lil chowawa. WTF.
I have been receiving my neighbors mail more and more frequently. And not just the same neighbor. Which makes me very concerned about where my mail may be going. I deliver my neighbors mail to them even if they are several streets away but does everyone do that?
Postman throw package 10 feet on to porch. He could have set down by fence but instead decided to frisbee golf my hundred dollar package 10 feet onto a concrete porch, no wonder it's a dying industry
I would like to know how I can get ahold of an old PO Box address I had. I only had the PO Box for a period of 3 months while moving. The problem I'm having now is that I forgot and lost everything that had information for that PO box. Now a couple of places are asking me to verify my address which is the PO Box I no longer remember anything about. Is there a way to pull up that info or who would I speak to? I have tried calling several times the customer service number and I don't ever get an answer.
I have had 2 shipping mistakes made in the past two weeks (for packages I needed for my business) but every time I try to call the office for help it just rings and rings and then hangs up. I have called 15 times, they literally just ignore the phone. Then I decided just to go down to talk to someone, there was 1 employee and a line of 15 people and guess what, the phone was completely being ignored. This is the worst service.
