I was tracking a package that I purchased for my sons graduation from Marine Bootcamp. The tracking number indicated that is was delivered on 06/01/2016. However, our office had not received the package. I went down to our local USPS and was told by the supervisor that the mailman scanned our item & it 'pinged' at our location and therefore, was delieverd. I explained that we had not received the package and she told me the 'ping' was proof of delivery. I went on to tell her that our mailman only picks up/delivers mail @ twice a week and that we are open until 6pm every evening. She told me he was a great mailman. I do not feel that he has been reliable in the 10 months that we have occupied this building and we have called on occasion to complain. The package was never delivered and I feel beyond frustrated with the response I was given at the Post Office by your supervisor. I have been a good customer for years and am now rethinking how I ship my items.
