It has been so disheartening to see the progressive deterioration of sidewalk postal boxes around our city of Sunnyvale. They are in very poor condition with graffiti, broken parts and dirt fournd inside the moveable parts. This has been happening for years. I have been to my box and found it unusable on several occasions. This morning, it has new graffiti and the insides seemed wet so I didn't use it for my sympathy card. This location is on the corner of Reed and Timberpine, Sunnyvale, California. Will there ever be an improvement for convenience and professionalism? Please reply.

USPS are lazy! They never came to my residence and noted "wrong address" and the sender had the correct information. They just never came to the home. I know as I was there all day. They have no contact numbers, just recordings. Poor service. This is why Amazon trumps. Businesses do not want to work with USPS. They have poor service. Avoid using them for deliveries of packages if at all possible. Never have problems with Amazon deliveries.

A medication order was placed on hold by someone. Customer Request the PO says. It sure wasn't me! It's been a couple of days. I am waiting for them to find my meds. I spent all day trying to find someone to track my meds down. Hello, please answer your phone!
Mail service is terrible. Many days we get no mail carrier and no mail and no mail pickup. We never know what time of day the letter carrier will arrive.
The service at this office is very poor! We instructed them to hold our mail from 5/3/19 ending date 5/7/19. When we did not receive our mail on 5/8/19, we called this post office; but there was no answer and the voicemail was full; so, we couldn't leave a message. We had no way of contacting them. So, we drove over to the office and the manager kept giving us excuses why we didn't receive it. It is very hard to reach the postman because the delivery time is inconsistent. Sometimes we get our mail at 11:00 am, sometimes at 2:00 pm and sometimes after 7:00 pm. We have no way of talking to the mailman. Our held mail finally resumed on May 9, 2019, two days late. Then on May 10, we didn't receive any mail service again. It is very, very frustrating dealing with this post office.
Yesterday (Thursday 1/4) was the 4th time in recent weeks that my mail was not delivered. I find it hard to believe that between bills, ads, and greeting cards that there was none to be delivered. Isn’t it a federal offense to no deliver the mail?? When we do get mail it is rarely before 7 pm...

Or any contact number maybe? If they are busy in the office they should also consider thinking tgat people who calls tgere are busy too and dosnt have time to wait on the line forever.

terrible/non-existent service, and this is not the first time dealing with this post office. I needed to contact the postmaster after multiple attempts over three months to contact person in charge of Encinal station at Sunnyvale had failed. And when I called the number listed for this main Sunnyvale Post Office (408-747-0340) it would not even connect, and the call would disconnect automatically without even ring.
