Been trying to send packages for weeks now to my son who has no car. Packages says undeliverable yet UPS and other carriers have no issues. No answer when call and no one will respond.

I've been calling for hours, no one picks up. Package says delivered at my door but it was not and I have the security footage from my camera to prove it. Very frustrated. No solution on my end of how to solve this issue.

Fraudulent report made by a federal employee. They marked my package as undeliverable and front door inaccessible yet we received mail earlier that morning and the following day we have 16 feet clearance on either side of our mailbox and no fence or shrubs blocking our front door, the delivery person flat out lied.

Highly inefficient delivery service. Delivery man post that items are delivered when they are not. maybe arrives next day. On delivery of medication, was allegedly delivered but was never deliver to the proper address. When confronted postal worker insisted on a day for the driver to recover as it was allegedly delivered to wrong address and needed to recover and redeliver. Driver said the wrong address it was delivered to brought it to our address, they did not. Temporary Post Master Ashley to busy on the phone to address us personally we were instructed to return. yet again tomorrow. Still no Medication.

This post office is great. Even though my landlord doesnt provide mail service here, they are good about holding things for me. I appreciate it very much.

I've watched our mail carrier drive by my post box with the flag up, twice this week! What seems to be the issue! The weather was good, streets cleared of snow and there was direct access to the box! Super frustrating! 1179 O'Malley Drive South Lake Tahoe 96150

Only receive mail once a week,packages once every two weeks at best.stil haven’t received some Christmas packages.also have been told that some idiot ordered foreign made vehicles,two wheel drive for an alpine environment.us postal service should consider getting out of the mail delivery business.

Countless issues over the years. Mail is inconsistent with both packages and letters, often sent back, can't get anyone on the phone, the people in person can't help. I'm at a loss as to what to do, other than cut USPS out of my life completely, but that doesn't seem possible. If you just moved to SLT, use fedex and UPS, avoid USPS whenever possible. This place would be shut down by now, if it were a private company.

I just had a horrible experience at the Al Tahoe post office. I was waiting behind two other people at 8:30 this morning waiting for the doors open, no big deal. Came in and the first gentleman went to the counter. They could not find his mail. I stood there approximately 10 minutes. They still hadn't found his mail. While I was waiting I could see the people in the back sorting boxes. I stood there and watched boxes flying across the room! Small, large, heavy, light just being tossed!!! I was appalled to say the least! When I was called next, I handed the lady my yellow card to pick up my package. She went to go get it and returned without it. She asked me if was expecting a package? I said yes that's why the yellow card with my PO BOX number is on it and its in my PO BOX. She yes but are you expecting a package? I told her yes AGAIN. She replied well I don't have time to look for it and handed me my yellow card back. Meanwhile the other gentleman that was before me was still waiting for his mail. I totally understand that they are short handed, we all are. I have lived in South Lake Tahoe for 54 years and seeing those workers tossing packages the way they were was so unacceptable that I'm just beside myself. If I would have had my phone on me I would videoed it. I mean is this really how USPS threat the mail and peoples property? They don't know what's in the packages. I'm just floored. I hope this gets to someone.

Homeowner in this zip dismayed at the leniency of the Postmaster. I'm month to month tenant in mother in law unit called and impersonated me to obtain permission to set up a mailbox in front and was granted and put a mailbox in front without authorization from me, the homeowner. Is impersonating the Landlord/property owner to a Govt postal worker a federal crime? Plus is correct protocol to have the owner fill out forms and show proof of ID and ownership?

Would it be possible to change the home delivery zip code for El Dorado County (unincorporated) residents in the Tahoe Basin back to 96155? Using the 96150 zip code elicits a higher tax rate when making purchases online - a tax that was voted on my South Lake Tahoe residents, but not County residents.
