Yesterday, 3/17, when I got home there was a package on my porch that was delivered (wrong address.) I put it and my own outgoing mail in my curbside mail box this morning 3/18. When I got home today, neither the package, nor my outgoing mail had been picked up. I will now have several bills with overdue charges. Years ago the regular letter carrier told me that we were NOT to raise the flag on our mail boxes because there was a problem with thefts. The mailbox would be checked every day. If you have changed that policy, you must notify your postal customers. If it has NOT been changed, you must make sure all carriers, including temps know to stop at every mailbox even if the flag is down. If there was a temp on my route this week, this would make the second time I have been passed by because the temps were never told about the policy.


It is 5:22pm on Monday, Oct. 17th, 2016 and no one has picked up our mail.
