Every card I mail to my family on North Strret in Santa Rosa is never delivered . If it’s a package that is different it will arrive but not regular mail . Your service is the worst . This has been a problem for quit sone time , years ., I live on the east coast and this has been an issue for years . Worst mail service . And one year my cards were broken into , retapped and delivered .

Dear Post Master, I recently moved to Santa Rosa and was helped by the staff at the 2nd street post office. They were extremely helpful in getting our difficult address worked out. Then the mail carrier for our address arrived and has been simply amazing... Karen has been nothing but gestures of kindness and professionalism!!! Thank you Very Much!!!

The deliveries of packages to my business address often come after work hours. We have an outside authorized lock box for the delivery person to use after hours. This option is rarely used by the carrier and I wonder why. Maybe the don’t know it there? Would a delivery supervisor at the Main Branch here in Santa Rosa please point this out to the local delivery persons? Thank you.

At my address 1229 Pacific Avenue 95404 all of the mailboxes are open. The only way that could have happened is that it was left open by a postal employee. Please send someone out to lock the mailboxes

It's a few days after Christmas. Apparently I forgot one mailer on top of our mailbox when checking. I manage the apartments here and daily and daily I am cleaning up mail trash of ALL neigbors. It's in my front yard, on my doorstep? All over the parking lot. Yet TODAY, for some reason this mail cArrier decided to leave me a pile of wet mail thrown at my door. And steal all of my mail and forward like it's vacant. Great job mail lady, sincerely the only tenant who cleans up the mail on our property!

For the last week and a half we have either received the wrong mail (belonging to a neighbor) or our mail delivered to a neighbor, EVERY SINGLE DAY!!! What on earth is the issue? No one has the time to continually deliver the mail back to the correct person- what is going on? This is complete chaos! I will be looking at communicating this in every possible outlet including the media.

I continually get mail not meant for me. Found what looked like a check inside a magazine, yesterday, not addressed to me.. Last Friday an important docu. was put in my box should have gone to a 1006 address, I'm at 471 W. College. I see state cks., IRS letters, EDD letters, etc., put on a ledge over the mail boxes misdelivered This mail carrier is just too careless and doesn't think mail delivery is important.

Why is there no where here to write to the head boss at our post office here? There used to be. We have not received any mail in the Last 5 days on Fistor dr., Santa Rosa! . WHAT IS GOING ON??? We will write our senators and House reps to complain. Must be the new service Postmaster General Dejoy is known for. This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! We have always had some mail daily, and have been putting outgoing mail out every day which never gets picked up either so no longer getting any mail service at all! How can we have NO MAIL SERVICE ANYMORE,! Plus no way to communicate with any head of the non existent Post Office!?!?

Post office delivery mail carrier has been lazy and not putting the right mail in the mailbox. Leaving packages front door where anyone can pick up and stole it. Even though told plenty of times not to leave it front door, put it in HUB instead. Par Station apartment mail carrier is not doing their job. Lazy, late and take forever to put mail in mailbox

IN MY APARTMENT BUILDING TODAY THIS HAPPENED: 1. Amazon said a package was delivered to me yesterday via usps. It did not arrive at my door as they all have in the past. I don't know where it is. Had to ask Amazon for refund. 2. A key was put in the wrong apartment's LETTER BOX for the lock box on the opposite. Package was for someone else, other than the apartment box number they key was left in. I happened to know the people it was meant for, and brought to them myself! 3. The delivery man, a curly black haired youngster, put packages on apartment. front desk in the lobby. There is a sign to BRING ALL PACKAGES TO APARTMENT DOORS, not to leave on the front desk where anyone could pick them up. I pointed this out. The young man picked up the packages and walked out of the building in a huff!! They NEVER GOT delivered. WHAT IS WRONG WITH DELIVERY BY POST OFFICE????? It is 7:50 pm on 10/30/2020: Where the heck is my mail. The people who deliver out here are the most pleasant I have met in a long time. They work long hours and try to explain the lack of planning and scheduling for their routes. Maybe someone needs to get out into the field from their soft office and time these routes.

Postal carrier not following requirements for coronavirus. Knocked on my door and stood 1 foot away from me breathing into my face before I could do anything. Delivered mail to west side of Oakmont Village California on March 19. Please train your staff and stop them from passing on this virus!

I've called the 2nd street post office a number of times and have always gotten good customer service. Today was no exception. I spoke with Robin about stopping a change of address I'd submitted. She told me to come in to the office and they would do it right away. Very pleasant interaction.

For all of you complaining, first, how easy is your mailbox to find. Second, do you have visible residence numbers on your house indicating your street address number, or is it visible on the curb. And especially to all of you 'artists', and I use that term loosely, why don't you make it a little more easy to find your mailbox at your place of residence, and please keep your 'would never bite anyone' pet on a leash!

I stop putting out going mail in my mail box on the street because time after time it did not get picked up. It cost me late payment fees of $25.00 for this failure of service, why do they keep raising the postage for this failure. I now understand why people are paying bills electronically. I am going to check out other letter carrier service. The PO is becoming useless!!

I am having a problem with getting them to do a change of address properly. I asked for it a month before my date of departure so, naturally, they failed to read the date began forwarding it immediately. Now I'm trying to get my mail and no one can tell me where it is.

Recently I ordered a mail hold. (CAH271890936) For the 2nd time in a row my mail hold was botched. Previously my held mail was not delivered until I complained. Then a really nice guy a day later hand delivered it. This time the mail was not held and when I arrived home it was all in my mail box delivery each day I was gone. Fortunately it was just 3 days otherwise I would have had very important mail sitting in my mail box for my entire trip. What's up Santa Rosa USPS?

Terrible delivery on 2 occasions in April. One box delivered to my downstairs neighbor, and the other one was not delivered after they left a note in the box WHICH I NEVER RECEIVED. This goes back to the end of March, and it is now 4/13. BTW, called the PO and the man said if he finds it, he'll resend it. My neighbor and I continue to get the wrong person's mail in our box.

We recently (Approximately 2 months ago) had a change in mail carriers. Prior to that time, misdelivered mail was a rarity. Since the change, however, it has been a regularity. Today, I redilivered the sixth piece of mail to neighbors on different streets and/or at different street numbers within the last month. Additionally, I have not received an important piece of mail that the sender assured me was sent. I don't know where it went. Please let me know what will be done about this.

I have noticed that a lot of the postal workers are perplexed. West 8th St. and regular 8th St. are in different places. While both are located west of the 101 FWY, Please check for names and correct addresses. West 8th Street is west of Wilson and regular is east of Wilson. We end up swaping mail in the neighborhoods. LOL Please be careful. Some people would be very angry if they didn't get their mail. Happy Holidays to you all and a Happy New Year 2017

THIS POST OFFICE SUCKS AND CARRIERS LEAVE PACKAGES ON PORCH AFTER I TOLD HIM THEY GET STOLEN! WHY DO THEY EVEN HAVE A PHONE NO ONE THERE HAS EVER ANSWERED RINGS & RINGS!!
