Today is the day after Thanksgiving and I wanted to pick up my mail. I checked on line and it said there was access to the lobby area. I drove over and lo and behold the doors were locked. There was no access - period. If you don't answer your phone at the very least you should have the correct on-line information. I pay a considerable amount for the box. I am no longer employed by the government so I really don't need a box BUT because I take a number of magazines I have kept the box so my mail delivery person doesn't have to lug them to my personal residence. To put it mildly I am not happy. YOU could program it so that when lobby access is not available the information is automatically updated. I have had this happen before (more than a few times) and not complained but your incompetence has finally reached the point of exhausting my patience. I do know that it is difficult to be a govt employee (I retired from a career with the govt and my mother retired from the USPS) but you need to improve.

We have been waiting on the stimulus checks to come. Mailed out the 26th should have been here. Cant do anything until 21 days goes by. Found mail from a nearby street this am in the ditch. Alert thieves are taking mail from customers in the area of Bellevue near the dealerships, Moorland and Standish area. They can't go get jobs so they are stealing from others. Watch out for your mail.
